As a first time car buyer and a person who has never written reviews for anything, I had to write a review for this place because of their excellent customer service! I went to this Carsbuck 776 Coney Island Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11218 dealership looking for a 2015 Nissan and met up with their employee named Chastity. Sadly, that car was already bought off just before I got there but Chastity was very much willing to me help out out in finding a car accordingly to my situation of getting my first time job and cause of that I was on a very tight budget. She was very enthusiastic and let me check out others car and the 2016 Nissan Altima caught my eye but I could not afford it. She was very willing to work with me, hospitable, and with a lot of support and reassurance said she would see what her manager can do. Tarik the manager was also outstanding to work with. He explained to me step by step of how the run down would go for this and was willing to hear me out and adjust the cars price accordingly. He also reached out to his other networks to help with the process, what insurance would be the most feasible, and even told me tips and tricks of how to handle the car/where I should go to for all the other things the car needs. He also asked me what my budget was and sold me the car at exactly that price which I was extremelyyyy grateful for! He did everything for me there plate registering, insurance and all the paperwork and explained calmly (I was stressed but this helped me) to me everything throughout before signing without any crazy fees added which I was also very grateful for. They were both very understanding and willing to accommodate. I didn't feel pressured into getting a different plan to buy the car or into buying a more expensive car like other dealerships that I had went to during my search. This dealership was very straightforward with their processing and it was easy with no crazy fee costs attached. I bought the car at a good price even with the shortage of cars currently because they were caring of their customers. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership!

This review is for the service department. I quit smoking 5 days ago, and wanted to get rid of any tobacco odor and ashes in my car as my sense of smell is super sensitive now. I made an appointment to get my car detailed. When it was time to pick up my car, I thought I accidentally entered a brand new car! Super clean inside and out, shiny, and smells great! Excellent job guys! Extremely happy customer here.

I am an experienced car collector who has purchased numerous vehicles throughout the US In April 2017 I purchased a 2015 Bentley GTC speed from Exotic cars NY. As an out of state buyuer i provided a refundable " hold" deposit" of $1000 until I could view the car Two days later I traveled to NY and after careful inspection purchased the car. The interstate transporter on his inspection of the car at the dealership noted significant damage to the windshield. ( 18 inch crack) This was not present at time of purchase. One hour prior to the cars arrival at my home the dealership contracted me notifying me of the new damage to the windshield and reassured me iit was covered under Bentley warranty and if not they would accept responsibility and pay for it 4 months later after Bentley denied claim as being physical damage the dealership had refused to pay for windshield Cost to replace wad $4300.00 Also my hold deposit was never credited and I was billed for services i.e. Inspection cert registration title license which I never received I have filed s complaint with the NY dealership commission Dr A Robert Buonanno

I would recommend Coney and V very highly to anyone in the market for a used car. I was looking for a specific vehicle (2007-09 Mustang GT) and found it for sale there on Cars.com. From the first phone call to Alex where we quickly and professionally made the deal to handling the paperwork to leaving the dealership with the car it was a great experience. I had to fly into NYC (JFK) to pick up the car and they were even nice enough to pay my cab fare. Got me a cup of coffee. We noticed the car was missing the carpet in the trunk. No problem, they ordered me a new one on the spot shipped to my house. Checked the tire pressure before I left to make sure I got home safely. Gave me some good tips about the best way to navigate out of the city too. All of these are little things for sure but it adds up to a first class experience - oh, and the car was in pristine shape inside and out and has run like a top since I got it home. These are car guys who know their business and want to have happy customers who will spread the word. I am glad to do so because they treated me very well. Coney and V has my highest recommendation.

When i went to conway I was originally impressed with how friendly the staff was. However as I closed my deal and was quoted one number on paper and put money down to hold that price to think it over when i came back things changed. I had to fight to get the number on paper that they had put. They told me it was an error and that they would loose money if they sold me the jeep at that price. I stood my ground and dealt with one person after another and wouldn't change the price they gave me, what am I stupid they can eat thier own error. I Than a couple months later had a lapse in judgement and went back to conway for service, simple oil change or so i thought.... than they come out with how this oil change costs over $100.00! I refused to pay for the additional work that I never signed for. i than walked out, accused them of being shady liars that try to take advantage of a women and left. I obviously never went back and was so excited to hear that somwone finally shut them down. No more worries Conway is gone if they reappear don't take the smiles lightly they are what they are.

11/14 truck Radiator thermostat diagnosed and fixed at Cybert... $800. 3/15 Radiator leaking, taken back to Cybert they concluded "someone" put the wrong radiator cap on therefore causing a leak...$800 to diagnose and fix. Two days later while my son is driving to Buffalo,NY the truck overheats and gets towed to nearest service center where they conclude all the radiator fluid leaked out because the radiator cap was loosely put on radiator causing a leak over the 400+ drive. Invoice from Buffalo service station taken to Cybert, who eventually tell me that the owner will not honor the warranty because the truck wasn't towed over 400 miles back to them. These people will not stand by there work even when they over charge and obviously don't do the job properly. THIEVES, CROOKS, INCOMPS

Ken got me the exact new car I wanted, and he got it earlier than expected. He was very patient with all my concerns and questions as this was my first keyless entry/ignition car!! Everything was done in advance so the day I went in to pick up the car, I just had to sign a few documents and I was in the drivers seat, literally. I would absolutely recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a Mazda.

Just let them know your budget, and they'll give you your best options. Second, their prices were better then anything I had by that time (and I was on a market for about a month already). So, after speaking with Vladimir, I finally found some peace of mind. He had a very positive, professional attitude, was very attentive and not judging. While I was settling my lease end with my current lessor, a new offer came up. I received a call from Vladimir the same day, even though the price we agreed to was already very good. He even went en extra mile putting me on a special program, which reduced my payments even more. I ended up not leasing at Diamante, because I got an offer from my current lessor, that I could not refuse. They waived $1K+ lease end charges, which I would have to pay out of pocket if I switch the leasing company. There were some other perks for me to stay where I was, too. I purchased a 2005 Ford Mustang last August, this is my 3rd car from Gem Auto as I have always had a good experience. The mustang I purchased from Jim (owner) the after market radio system wasn't working so Jim put a brand new one in and he even splurged for the radio that supported my iPhone so I could listen to my music. Almost a year later of owning the mustang, Jim was willing to pay 75% of the bill when I had the tint removed as it was too dark. I am very grateful that even a year later from the sale of the car Jim was willing to help me out. I would recommend Gem Auto Sales to anyone:)

He sold us a used Honda Fit (nicely maintained, good condition) for a very fair price. The car has held up very well and we are happy with the car and our dealings with Jim's Auto Sales of Glenville. Just purchased a 2005 Town and Country in good to excellent condition. Price a little above Blue Book valuation. During negotiations; was told vehicle had approx. 38,000 miles-van has approx. 43,000. Told I would be second owner-after sale found vehicle had been sold to a second person 12-05-08 and allegedly repossed ater person had taken position of vehicle with approx. 39,000 miles. When question owner, A. Marra about issue, he said he and his staff drive used vehicles and alledgedly put additional 4,000 miles on the van. At time of sale, was assured vehicle would be cleaned inside and out as inside had not been cleaned when showed. At time of sale, assured van had been checked-up and serviced. When I picked van up and took home, found vehicle not serviced i.e.fluid levels low, tires pressure low, oil filthy, left quarter window would not open, and inside had been only vacumned (carpets stained and filthy) and dash wiped-off. Called Mr A. Marra, advised of promises not kept. He confirmed a Tuesday morning appointment to complete promised work and apologized. Brought vehicle in 6-09-09 at 0815-told by owner's son to return after noon when work would be completed. Picked-up van at approx. 1215 and found all work completed except inside Not cleaned as promised, only vacumned and windows wiped. Confronted salesmand B. Hatch who refused to complete work and complained regarding 1986 GMC Jimmy S15 which I had given dealer with no tradein valve due condiiton as agreed at time of sale. First purchase from longterm dealer - Very Disappointed as I was lied to. Do NOT believe/trust (check everything out) what this owner and salesman B Hatch tell you to get a sale.
