The WORSE car dealership in WNY!!!!! They seem to be professional when you meet with them, i bought a 2008 ford Explorer for $9,500but not long after leaving the dealership ( 41 days) my car began to have major issues.. I took it back to them thinking it was under warranty but I ended up paying for them to fix it.. SMH 2 yrs. goes by and I'm still having engine issues so I decide to get a newer car... I call the creditor to see how much I owe and to my SURPRISE I owe almost $20grand i don't know how when I've been paying on it for 2 yrs. now but wow.. I just don't know what to do my recommendation is to find a dealership that isn't going to over over charge you, a dealership who has cars that aren't over priced...

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I hate buying cars. They also know that I rarely write reviews. Despite that, my recent purchase from Dan Martin's Auto Depot makes me what to share my experience. Our 1998 V70 served us well for the past 20 years, but had some issues that would prevent it from passing NYS inspection. I decided to look at possible replacements. Initially, I was thinking about picking up a 2-3 year old car, but wasn’t crazy about the current styles. Looking on-line, I happened upon a 2007 V70 at Dan Martin's that looked like it checked all of the boxes. The mileage was low for its age, the condition seemed perfect, it appeared to be well maintained, and the long roof wagon provided lots of room for our two dogs. I don’t make car buying decisions very fast, so I mulled it over for a while before contacting Dan Martin's about its availability (and asking my wife for permission to consider it). Peter promptly replied and sent me a link with loads of pictures that clearly showed the car’s condition. He told me that they had carefully gone over the car and what parts they replaced. The free CarFax showed that the car had been carefully maintained by its previous two owners. The ‘problem’?—I live about 300 miles away from Yonkers, outside Rochester, NY. I toyed with taking the bus or train down to Yonkers to see it and possibly drive it back. Peter was so easy to deal with, that I had confidence to buy the car, without seeing it in person. I wired the money, Peter found a very reasonable shipper to truck it to me, and a few days later, the car was in my driveway. The car was exactly as described, if not better. I feel like I have a new car, at a fraction of the cost. I told Peter, that he made the entire sales process to be as easy as buying something on Amazon. After buying this car, I may not wait another 20 years to buy my next. I highly recommend, without hesitation, Dan Martin's Auto Depot and especially, Peter. For me, it was a welcome change to the car buying experience.

This past week I flew into JFK airport with members from my church in Denver. We had made arrangements for a 12 passenger van. When we arrived at the airport we called the rental office and Dexter the store manager sent someone to the terminal to pick us up with all of our luggage. As we were loading the luggage and the people from our group we realized just how tight it was going to be in the van for all of us. Upon our arrival to the Holiday Inn where the office is located we were offered an upgrade to the 15 passenger to better accommodate us and our luggage. The entire experience was very pleasant and the upgrade made the entire trip very pleasurable. Dexter even had GPS navigation put in the van to better assist in getting from the airport to our destination in New Jersey. The trip was great success and I feel we owe a great deal of thanks to Dexter and Pam Rent a Car

Bought a car from this dealer in December of 2018. Clean title and CARFAX. Worked with Farhan (Frank) Mirza, who assured me the car had 0 accidents and was in mint condition. While working to repair the car in May of 2018, my mechanic found that it had been in a serious front end collision and put back together in a very haphazard way. Poor welds, wires spliced in ways that left the airbag system at risk, etc. The repairs were very obvious to any mechanic doing a routine inspection, so Superior definitely knew the true condition and history of the car. The structural repairs were also disclosed to them at the auction at which they acquired it. Do not buy from this dealer. Unless you want to get burned for $14k like I did...

I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from this Dealership 9/2/2021. Service Engine Light kept coming back on. I have brought the car back to him 5 times. The front end shudders when accelerating and there was an issue when the car was shifting gears. This time he had the car for 3 weeks. He said his transmission mechanic was backed up.I am very dissatisfied with this dealership. He said his mechanic reprogrammed the TCM and they reset the Service Engine Light. The car seems to be changing gears better. However on 11/24, the Service Engine Light came back on. Nothing but problems with his service. I finally took the car to a Ford Dealership near my house. They had to Reprogram the PCM. The sudder went away and the transmission laboring when you slowed down when making turns went away. The check engine light is the vapor management valve. Overall not a bad car for the money. I just wish the ACA dealer could of resolve the problem. I wasted many days bringing the car back to him. And I did not have use of the car for 3 weeks.

I went to this dealership after almost being bamboozled by Superior Motors in Great Neck, NY. Cars were very similar in price but Superior Motors vehicle had an extra 13K miles and been in an accident . The dealer and financial representative at Auto Gallery were forthright with all information and did not try to swindle me. They gave me a great deal on a CPO Mercedes-Benz and the extended warranty option was great also and cheaper with more years then what Superior Motors was offering and they were offering the same GWC warranty. I was treated correctly and nothing they discussed changed during the signing of the contract unlike the other spot. I am grateful that they didn't play any games and made my life easier. Pricing was fair and respected how they perform business.
