I had the best experience buying my first car at Performance Auto (and I'm in my 30s...). Sean was patient, kind, helpful and was phenomenally service-oriented. They went out of their way to provide great service (ie picking me up from the train, answering all of my questions, taking the car to the manufacturer to have the recalls closed out, etc), and were phenomenally easy to work with. Their pricing was transparent - they do not charge any of the hidden fees that other used car dealers typically surprise you with - and negotiating with them was fair and fact based. I would highly recommend working with them again!

Owner is rude and obnoxious to deal with - Not worth the risk, look for a car anywhere but here - do your homework - long history of same story over and over -it's out there folks - just sayin :) $13,600 car didn't even make it home off the lot. Paid $5,600 in repairs in order to obtain a LEGAL Inspection Sticker. As I get so many compliments on my car now, happy to pay extra for the huge car magnets letting people know just where and who screwed me over PAUL ROBERTS, works like a charm!

Terrible customer service no help after the sale with factory warranty. Truck is a brick with a service state of over a month. After buying two trucks from Davison's I would never go back. Last October I purchased a used 2500 GMC Denali with only 11,000 miles expecting a great truck. Today it died on the road as I was leaving a job site. It only has 18,000 mi and has a full factory warranty remaining. I had a towed to the closest GM dealership wish could not service it until August 29th. I called Davison's asking what could be done and was told they could get me in on the 28th. This would be a month without my truck that I use for business. I was told that I could be put on the cancellation list but most people do not cancel so I would have to wait the month. I expressed my displeasure with this but was given no satisfaction. The person I spoke to in service on the phone was probably one of the worst people that I have ever dealt with in customer service. They offered no solutions, had no answers and had no compassion for my situation. Buying a truck of the size and trim level is certainly an investment and I would expect the dealership to treat me better. It's obvious all they wanted was a sale and not to deal with anything after. Calling back again I was able to speak to someone in sales that offered their apologies but could not help me. So right now I have a brick of a truck that will be out of service for at least a month with no loaner and no answers. Terrible customer service go elsewhere.

When we first visited Nick and told him what we wanted he said we wouldn't be able to afford it without even checking how much money we could put down or even looking at our credit score. We were almost temped to go all the way to osan to order a car than go through with Nick. We finally got Nick to order us the car WE wanted. To top it all off Nick had our car shipped to the wrong location so now we have to go out of our way to obtain our vehicle. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Some of the emails I asked him about in person were old emails that he just sends out to customers. Multiple times I asked him for information on our order and he didn't even have an answer for us. I had to contact the corporate office who then emailed me the information the next day. This vehicle purchase was a big hassle and i will advised others to not inquire about a vehicle from him.

They will make you travel all the way to their dealership text you all day to see if you are on your way constantly and you show them your location as proof you are traveling 2 hours to get to them and they will go ahead and sell a vehicle you are coming to see without letting you know that it has been sold what so ever and then once you get there they try to fool you into another vehicle be the one you were interested

When my 12 year old HONDA ACCORD V6 started giving me problems I looked into leasing a new Honda. My father and my husband insisted I get All Wheel Drive. I called several dealers about the HONDA CRV and was told it would cost a lot/too much per month. I wanted ALL WHEEL DRIVE with LEATHER INTERIOR for LESS So I called ABIE BAKSHI. He gave me great advice, "If you're not stuck on the Honda, go with the NISSAN ROGUE." I'm not into cars so I had never heard of it before. No other dealer had suggested the ROGUE to me. It's two weeks later and I'm driving a gorgeous brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue for $70 LESS PER MONTH than the Honda CRV. That's an AWESOME DEAL! It drives beautifully and what's more is I got everything I wanted from Black leather interior, Blue Tooth, CAMERAS, Navigation to Unbelievable Trunk Space for my work materials ( I'm a therapist doing home-care so that's really important) heated seats with lumbar support and so much more... ALL WITHOUT EXCEEDING MY BUDGET! Abie delivered the car to my door and spent quite a bit of time going over every single feature/gadget in the car with me. I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle.
