When we first visited Nick and told him what we wanted he said we wouldn't be able to afford it without even checking how much money we could put down or even looking at our credit score. We were almost temped to go all the way to osan to order a car than go through with Nick. We finally got Nick to order us the car WE wanted. To top it all off Nick had our car shipped to the wrong location so now we have to go out of our way to obtain our vehicle. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Some of the emails I asked him about in person were old emails that he just sends out to customers. Multiple times I asked him for information on our order and he didn't even have an answer for us. I had to contact the corporate office who then emailed me the information the next day. This vehicle purchase was a big hassle and i will advised others to not inquire about a vehicle from him.

They will make you travel all the way to their dealership text you all day to see if you are on your way constantly and you show them your location as proof you are traveling 2 hours to get to them and they will go ahead and sell a vehicle you are coming to see without letting you know that it has been sold what so ever and then once you get there they try to fool you into another vehicle be the one you were interested

When my 12 year old HONDA ACCORD V6 started giving me problems I looked into leasing a new Honda. My father and my husband insisted I get All Wheel Drive. I called several dealers about the HONDA CRV and was told it would cost a lot/too much per month. I wanted ALL WHEEL DRIVE with LEATHER INTERIOR for LESS So I called ABIE BAKSHI. He gave me great advice, "If you're not stuck on the Honda, go with the NISSAN ROGUE." I'm not into cars so I had never heard of it before. No other dealer had suggested the ROGUE to me. It's two weeks later and I'm driving a gorgeous brand new 2016 Nissan Rogue for $70 LESS PER MONTH than the Honda CRV. That's an AWESOME DEAL! It drives beautifully and what's more is I got everything I wanted from Black leather interior, Blue Tooth, CAMERAS, Navigation to Unbelievable Trunk Space for my work materials ( I'm a therapist doing home-care so that's really important) heated seats with lumbar support and so much more... ALL WITHOUT EXCEEDING MY BUDGET! Abie delivered the car to my door and spent quite a bit of time going over every single feature/gadget in the car with me. The WORSE car dealership in WNY!!!!! They seem to be professional when you meet with them, i bought a 2008 ford Explorer for $9,500but not long after leaving the dealership ( 41 days) my car began to have major issues.. I took it back to them thinking it was under warranty but I ended up paying for them to fix it.. SMH 2 yrs. goes by and I'm still having engine issues so I decide to get a newer car... I call the creditor to see how much I owe and to my SURPRISE I owe almost $20grand i don't know how when I've been paying on it for 2 yrs. now but wow.. I just don't know what to do my recommendation is to find a dealership that isn't going to over over charge you, a dealership who has cars that aren't over priced...

Anyone who knows me, knows how much I hate buying cars. They also know that I rarely write reviews. Despite that, my recent purchase from Dan Martin's Auto Depot makes me what to share my experience. Our 1998 V70 served us well for the past 20 years, but had some issues that would prevent it from passing NYS inspection. I decided to look at possible replacements. Initially, I was thinking about picking up a 2-3 year old car, but wasn’t crazy about the current styles. Looking on-line, I happened upon a 2007 V70 at Dan Martin's that looked like it checked all of the boxes. The mileage was low for its age, the condition seemed perfect, it appeared to be well maintained, and the long roof wagon provided lots of room for our two dogs. I don’t make car buying decisions very fast, so I mulled it over for a while before contacting Dan Martin's about its availability (and asking my wife for permission to consider it). Peter promptly replied and sent me a link with loads of pictures that clearly showed the car’s condition. He told me that they had carefully gone over the car and what parts they replaced. The free CarFax showed that the car had been carefully maintained by its previous two owners. The ‘problem’?—I live about 300 miles away from Yonkers, outside Rochester, NY. I toyed with taking the bus or train down to Yonkers to see it and possibly drive it back. Peter was so easy to deal with, that I had confidence to buy the car, without seeing it in person. I wired the money, Peter found a very reasonable shipper to truck it to me, and a few days later, the car was in my driveway. The car was exactly as described, if not better. I feel like I have a new car, at a fraction of the cost. I told Peter, that he made the entire sales process to be as easy as buying something on Amazon. After buying this car, I may not wait another 20 years to buy my next. I highly recommend, without hesitation, Dan Martin's Auto Depot and especially, Peter. For me, it was a welcome change to the car buying experience.

This past week I flew into JFK airport with members from my church in Denver. We had made arrangements for a 12 passenger van. When we arrived at the airport we called the rental office and Dexter the store manager sent someone to the terminal to pick us up with all of our luggage. As we were loading the luggage and the people from our group we realized just how tight it was going to be in the van for all of us. Upon our arrival to the Holiday Inn where the office is located we were offered an upgrade to the 15 passenger to better accommodate us and our luggage. The entire experience was very pleasant and the upgrade made the entire trip very pleasurable. Dexter even had GPS navigation put in the van to better assist in getting from the airport to our destination in New Jersey. The trip was great success and I feel we owe a great deal of thanks to Dexter and Pam Rent a Car
