CRIMINALS!!! I purchased a used BMW from them about 6 months ago, left $1,000 deposit down on my card and came in a week later to pay for half of the car and finance the rest. They charged me the full amount and said that they would charge the $1,000 back to my card. A week later it was not done so I called. They appoligized and said that the manager said he would do it and that they would fix it. This happened about 10 more times- me always calling them- they never calling me back- promising me it will get done and refusing to let me speak to the manager. Finally I had to leave for military duty for 6 weeks and just called my CC company to dispute the charges. When I got home from duty the charges were still there and the CC company said that Horse Power auto showed them my signiture and said it was a legal transation!! I still keep calling them and they never call back, play dumb, etc. I started looking at my paperwork more closely and they never deducted money from my trade-in either, when I pointed out that the stereo wasnt working they said it was and it was my mistake and I believed them- but now I took it to a Kenwood dealer and they said it is broken. I spoke with a lawyer and she said I can take them to small claims court and win but it will suck up my time and money. I feel so cheated and used. I dont know what to do except write this so it wont happen to anyone else.

Trust me I didn't make it easy all of our interaction was over the phone and email and I didn't think I would be ever able to afford a jeep like this and he made the whole process very simple and very easy. He did such a amazing job helping me find a loan that works for me and guided me through everything I needed to do. Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......

We went to Mega Auto Friday, we looked at several cars. We had a "too good to be true" attitude, but when we got there we found out that these cars were awesome. We were aware of some repairs that had happened to the cars, but they were repaired so well there was not a hint of any repairs in the way they looked or functioned. We got a low mileage vehicle that looked brand new, and for a cost that was several thousand dollars less than comparable dealerships. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a quality automobile for a good price. We were there, test drove our choices and had the paperwork done in less than 1.5 hours. Have your financing in hand when you go, because they don't finance. They are good at communicating these things upfront.

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.
