Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. Terrible communication, even worse customer service, and they can’t seem to fix issues. Damaging and depreciating the value of the car in the process. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future.
