We have been coming to them for the last few years for work on our vehicles. We have never had to wait to get in or get things fixed. There service department is excellent. They always ask you if you want the work done, before they do it, and how much it will cost. The other day I took my car in to have break work done, and was told I had a hole in my frame, that the car was totaled. I needed a car right away but could not really afford to have payments. They told me what their cheapest car was and within two hours I was driving it home. Guy Pellegrino is a very friendly and helpful person, as well as Mike in the service department. Would recommend this place to everyone. Very friendly atmosphere.

Efficient. Thorough. Courteous. Authentic. Temps had been in the 80's and the air conditioner was blowing hot air. Other nearby dealerships told me the soonest appointment would be in two weeks. Pepe squeezed me in within two days. It was my first time there, and I was expecting a sprawling property because of its location. And while space seemed severely limited inside and out, the property is efficiently designed and seems to function well. But the people are what really set it apart. Their desire to help was as authentic as their smiles and words. From the man who first checked me to Sam, the Service Rep, to the staff walking back and forth between the showroom and the service area, everyone created a warm welcoming experience. The two and half hour wait seemed to fly by.

Great service where others failed! - jsragman

I love my 2006 Chevrolet HHR, but she is showing signs of maturity (130,000 miles). She still has plenty of giddyap, good performance and gas mileage, but recently her bones are beginning to ache and she complained often and loudly. The front end sounded like it was about to break loose and run down the highway on its own. I took the car to my mechanic who said she was fine, nothing loose. Her screams, however, were tough to tolerate - something was wrong with the wheels, tires, or drivetrain. I took the car to another shop in Watertown that specialized in front ends, suspensions, and alignments. They took the old girl for a spin, noticed the noise, put her up on the lift, looked her over and told me everything was okay. I wasn't happy with the verdict, but at least I felt the car wasn't going to come apart at the seams and leave me stranded. In a final act of frustration I called Phinney's in Clayton. They were an old, family run business that specialized in GM, particularly Chevy. I explained the problem with my old HHR and explained I loved the car and would really appreciate someone who could fix the car, eliminate the rattling and give me back the car I enjoyed so much. Not long after I dropped the car off with the mechanics at Phinney's, I got a call from Kristin telling me they found the problem, explained what was needed for the repair and suggested some other repairs to put back on the road in tip-top shape. After I picked up the car it didn't take long to see the car was in great shape. The car ran and performed as well as when it was new - I was overjoyed! I don't normally review products or services, but I feel I owe something to Phinneys since OTHERS couldn't find the problem and told me to live with an older car with too many miles. Phinneys were able to do what others failed to do. My only regret is that I had to pay for two other services before I got it done right at Phinneys. I won't make that mistake again. I happily recommend having your car serviced at Phinneys. Do it to save both time and money.

Service department displayed blatant disregard for the customer. They were late to open and extremely slow and uninformed. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

I dropped off my car for a simple battery change, but when I picked it up, the window switch was broken and had sharp edges. They are denying that the damage happened while the car was in their care and are insisting I should cover the $99.95 cost to replace the switch. I'm frustrated by their refusal to take responsibility, as I should not be responsible for damage caused by their team.

First off I have had a great sales experience with Ross. He is always available with any questions on my Targa 4S. Seamless experience getting my wheels repaired and my front nose wrapped with a clear bra. Ross even gave me his cell to text with questions. Ross introduces me to Elliott who has been very professional and accommodating for my service needs. Every time I bring him my car it’s returned clean and tuned up. These guys really know luxury cars!
