Car had an issue with the front end hearing a noise. I brought it to Nissan and it was going to take a week to fix plus needed to pay a diagnosis charge. Called JTL since they are local by my house. Brought it in the next morning at 8 am and the car was finished with a brand new axle by the end of the same day. No hidden charges and no imaginary extra work needed to be done. Amazing experience.

Made a service appointment and told me it was "a simple job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, etc...Got there and was told " there is no way we can have it done." Asked to speak to the woman (I gave her name) who confirmed twice that I would be done in an hour but was conveniently told she was "not in today". Asked to speak to a manager to complain. They took my number and said he would call me. He never did. I called back at the end of the day and asked for his email. Clean place, polte people but they couldn't deliver what they promised. Rescheduled my service at another dealership. Sad.

KiPo Suzuki is an awesome dealership Iam on my second vehicle from them. the Service Department is great they when you call with an issue they do their very best to get your vehcile in as soon as possible. They clearly and concisely explain issues with your vehicle and offer options to rectify the issue. They are a great team and have a strong focus on providing great customer service which they always do. This is an excellent dearlership!
