I had a problem with the Subaru Forester 2021 that I purchased in November of this year. No fault of Donaldson's but the part needed to fix it kept getting delayed. This was the only means of transportation for myself and my husband. Donaldson provided us with a rental car but after almost a month we went in only to find out the part still had not shipped and was probably another month out. At that time we spoke with Zack Fox, our Sales Rep and decided that we would trade our Forester in for another car. We also met with Steve Fulco, General Manager of Sales Operations and are very happy to say we are the proud owners of a 2021 Outback. Thank you for making this an easy transition and am really happy with the outcome. HAPPY ENDING!!!!!

This is my 4th vehicle I bought from East Hills all because of the great service department. I live in Nassau Country and drive an hour each way to Sayville just to get my car serviced. Bill and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous. If it were not for their service department I would would not have bought my 2nd, 3rd and 4th vehicle from them. Keep up the great work!!
