Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

Training on how to treat customers with honesty and kindness would help all those in the service center . Our family will no longer be purchasing or taking vehicles for repair . However we use D’ELLA GMC and have for years for our GMC’s the staff and service team and their work is outstanding !
