bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

Also my situation is as messed up as it can be, john said if I placed 2000 down to refinance my car payments will drop to 175 a month he also said I didn't have to make any payments till my car was refinanced, my credit got screwed up, I even have the xxxxxxx on record stating he will personally give me the money back which is well over 5000 because my total down to refinance was 3500 plus a bounced check given from ny motor for over a thousand and recurring payments for a car stuck at a 14% interest rrate.ny motor group stated they had nothing to do with that but the check given to me was from nada with ny motor group logo stamped
