On my last service visit before turning in my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE for a new Vehicle at the Same Dealership, I was very pleased to receive a modified Toyota Care servicing.
Mohammed "Moe" is my Service Advisor in the Service Department after my previous Advisor moved on.
As always, the vehicle was checked in for the appointment previously made.
I was then brought to Mohammed to write up my service order on the car for it's 6 month Toyota Care which I kept up personally after the Complimentary one which was part of the vehicle care. Keeping it up assures the vehicle running well as it is monitored.
Mohammed and I agreed what work should be included since the vehicle was going to be turned over to the dealership for purchase at the time of arranging the future new lease.
I waited in the very comfortable waiting area with TV, comfortable furniture and also Comp Beverage Station.
I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs by another staff member. He was also informing the other customers of their vehicles.
In about an hour or so Mohammed directed me to the Cashier. After paying, I was informed when the next service was suggested.
I was directed to the parking lot which was informed I was heading to have my car ready.
The car was brought to me at the gate.
Another pleasant service visit to the Service Department at Toyota of Bay Ridge.
I will continuing using the Service Department with the leasing of the new vehicle,
