I am very happy with my car, I bought a Rab4 Prime and I am very pleased with my purchase thanks to Abraham Makany in sales department and accounting department, also need to give a high five in maintenance department to Richie, he is very helpful and knowledgeable with everyone and knows how to do his job, he managed in getting people out of there fast, first time i went for maintenance didn't have same luck until I finally met with Richie, thanks Richie, keep it up.

Brought my 2024 VW Tiguan for service car was sitting there for a week to do oil change and inspection first all they didnt provide with loaner car said that we didnt buy car from there dealership that we not qualified for loaner car can get in touch with service manager whenever i called there eather his busy or his xxx is off i dont understend how they operate the dealership feels like they're doing you a favor to service ur car

The worse customer service I have ever had. Picked up my car after repair being told alignment was not perfect but within specifications. What a ride home. Returned car to be checked out and was told it floated a little a city speeds. Imagine that at 65 on dry roads the car would glide over a foot every so often. I dove again on wet roads and was scary. Was never told in beginning that more parts were needed or service done. Then when I had repair the manager wanted receipts of where I had repaired. Why didn’t he have a estimate ready since he always made it sound he would repair anything that was paid for like the tires I tried ordering but had to get them elsewhere also. I wonder to myself if an older person had pick up their car in that condition that they would have wrecked on the way home. Shame on you all there at WILLIAMS

Purchased my vehicle from Williams Toyota of Sayre, PA in 2018, though I live in NY. My check engine light came on and my repairman gave me the computer # needed for the repair and said I should check to see if it was covered under warranty. I called Williams of Elmira and they would not tell me if my vehicle was covered or not." I would need to bring my car in and let them inspect the car - no fee if the repair was under warranty, $125.00 just to inspect it if it was not under warranty and let me know what I ALREADY KNOW!!!. Unbelievably poor service and unethical business practice.
