Brought my 2024 VW Tiguan for service car was sitting there for a week to do oil change and inspection first all they didnt provide with loaner car said that we didnt buy car from there dealership that we not qualified for loaner car can get in touch with service manager whenever i called there eather his busy or his xxx is off i dont understend how they operate the dealership feels like they're doing you a favor to service ur car

I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter from VW of Orchard Park. The sales representative was very nice and accommodating. So I should write two reviews for the sales experience and the service experience, however I really want to bring attention to the service center. We had the car for a little over 2 weeks when there was an issue. It was a pretty severe issue that needed to be corrected ASAP. I called and spoke to Harry the service manager, and he took action at once. The repair was one that would normally take a long time (at least a week), however Harry was able to have the car repaired in 24 hours. Harry also had the car delivered back to the house, we did not even have to pick up the car. Thank you Harry and VW for your wonderful service!!

It had been a really rough 2 weeks as my mother passed away and the funeral was on Monday. On Tuesday we took my father and headed to our camp in New York to get his mind off our loss. My jeep started losing power and the engine light was flashing. I quickly started searching on my phone for a jeep dealership. Wally's was the closest. I limped it about 13 miles to Wally's. I was 2.5 hours from my camp and had never been in that area before. My wife explained our situation to Nivek. I could not believe what happened next. Nivek came right out and took the vehicle in. Within minutes he knew what was wrong and he said they could fix it and it would take about 2 hours. I have never had service like this. We were back on the road in 2 hours and I couldn't have been more thankful. Everyone there was amazing to us.

I had a very complicated issue with my car. I called and spoke to the service manager. You understood my problem. He then got what the general manager who also understood my problem. They took wonderful care of me in my car. They went beyond the call of duty. They were totally awesome.

They are fast and courteous got me in earlier then we set up for and got me out in a timely manner The only thing I don’t like about my Ford Escape is the brakes they are very noisy backing up and they grab but they say ford hasn’t sent out a recall yet so I’m wondering what ford is waiting for the dealership did their part

I had an appointment at 920 this morning for inspection of my 2020 ford edge. I arrived on time. I was told 5hey would not be able to get to me for several hours!! They called their chey and dodge service in same complex, neither one was able to do the inspectoon !! My time is just as important as theirs. What good are appointments. I find this terrible, appalling customer service!!!

Todd and the whole service crew are great! I walked in hoping to get a oil change and inspection. He got me in within 2 hrs of the time I stopped. since I did not have an appointment I was fine with that. they had my car done in less than an hour and I was on my way again. I bought my 2022 Edge from Wally's and love it!
