Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......

Should have been told that credit card would be charged. I would have used my debit card if I had been informed. Took 2 hours to get my car just for a battery changed way too long

Overcharged for a job not even done. Brought my Ford F150 in for an oil leak was supposed to be hooked up to computer not done and-charged 460.00 and not even fixed. I was supposed to get a call back from the service manager regarding this and still waiting.. I had to bring my truck somewheres else to get this resolved. I would not recommend this place for service !!!!!

I use your facility for service on both my wife's and my Subaru Foresters. Two of the big reasons are Sid Nareindra and Kelsey Almeida. They both represent your company and it's values very well. They are friendly, professional and trust worthy. They do what they say they are going to do and they make sure that it is done right. I spent most of my professional career in customer service for businesses that I owned and for businesses other individuals owned. I know excellent customer service when I see it.
