After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people.

I would never buy another vehicle from them. Service department does not return calls. We have tried several times to schedule an appointment with them, they never answer their phone or return a call.

(I don't know who I talked to; I clicked on "Ryan Cassidy because he was the only one listed under "Service." Whoever I talked to was supposed to be the service manager). My wife, who is elderly (as am I), took her car in because her horn stopped working. TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY THREE DOLLARS LATER, she got her car back. The service manager said the cost was her fault because she accepted it. "She could have gone somewhere else or bought another car." And if she doesn't understand cars, I "should not have ALLOWED her" to bring it in !!!!!!!!!!!!

We brought our 2015 tiguan in for a brake issue. The service department charged us $1200 dollars to replace the left front caliper along with the front brake pads and rotors. 30,000 miles later the caliper leaked and failed. They stated that they only warranty for 1 year or 12,000 miles. Do not go here if you are looking for decent service or a service department that stands by their work.
