Bought a certified pre-owned car for 25 thousand. Car has multiple issues. They refuse to make repaires. service manager intimadated me into staying away, and not taking problems to owner. He said "Don't eaven think about coming out here" My car is unsafe to drive, and getting worse. I guess I should draw up a will, for when I get killed.

Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! Great service, highly recommended. On the sales side, Matt provided an excellent, no pressure sales experience. He brought the car to my house for a test drive, which greatly helped me in making my decision.

Donna in service dept provided me with a car for 30 days , keep me in the loop, checked on delivery and once installed delivered my car to my home and picked up the loaner . I have been driving for 50 plus years so I have dealt with numerous service dept. and Jaguar Land Rover Freeport is unique in their appreciation for customers and providing excellent service .

Brand new 2017 acadia, less then 1 yr old. Less then 800p miles Brakes squeall like a school bus. APPT 1. I'm told the need to change brake pads. Ordered pads will be 8n nexr week. They never called me. 2 weeks after initial visit. I call them tell me parys Just came. Bring on your next week. APPT 2 Take car in they tell me GMC policy JUST chg. No new pads. They turm rotors. Next day brakes squealing. Told me to bring car in next week. Today was next week. Tell me pafs need replacingI would have to pay. I refused They then said they'd split cost 50/50. I refused.
