I would highly recommend Elm Chevrolet and their service department. I noticed my diesel p/u emitting dark exhaust smoke when starting the engine. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure in the fuel injection system. The replacement parts were ordered and installed the same day they were recieved from the manufacturer. Not only do I have a great running vehicle but when it came time to pay the repair bill I was over-joyed to learn that a very large portion was covered under a special goodwill program authorized by GM. Lynne, Brian and Howard went over and above in understanding my problem and I would definately return to Elm Chevrolet.

Lets face it no one really likes to that their vehicle into service, but dealing with the Service Department at Emerling CDJR, has been a very enjoyable experience. The dealership's employees show a true and sincere concern for their customers being it for sales or for service. As to pricing of service, their pricing is in line with everyone else in the area. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. The dealership has created a home town feeling, there's no reason to shop elsewhere, service is very affordable and to be honest with you their selection of new and used vehicles is darn good. Oh an they do wash your vehicle when services are completed. As long as I own my Jeep, Emerling can count on me as being a loyal customer to them.

As usual, Randy Oakes and the entire service team went out of their way to accommodate my last minute service needs. They make you feel as though YOU are the ONLY customer, which judging by those I was sitting next to in the waiting room is not the case! Whoever wrote "Failure to prepare on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part!" Must never been a customer at Emerling Ford! The are simply awesome!!!
