Service Department incompetent and a rip off - like2baspen

Took my ford ranger to get repaired. It was running rough. They replaced a coil stating it was bad. This did not repair the problem at all and cost me almost $300.00. I took the truck to a local garage and they changed the spark plugs very inexpensively about $65.00 and that repaired the problem. Went back to Phills Ford and was told they did not mis diagnose the problem. I just didnt spend enough money on the repair and they would not do anything else. The owner said if I purchased a car from him in the near future he would throw in a few oil changes. DON,T GET SERVICE THERE.

Sales Department is acceptable and pleasant. SERVICE department is horrible. Intake person is RUDE and NASTY. I would never get a car from this dealership as long as the service had to be performed at their location and You hjad to deal with their intake personnel.

This shop does by far the best quality work. They're honest, highly skilled, and the best in the business. If you want something done the right way, whether it be mechanical work or body work, then this is the place for you. They are experts with high end makes and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

Paul Roberts puts a bogus Inspection Sticker on his cars and thinks he can convince me 2 other certified mechanics are lying??? $13,600 Audi cost me $5,600 out of pocket to get legal Inspection Sticker - piece of crap didn't even make it home from lot!!! BEWARE LADIES, Very rude and obnoxious to deal with - has obvious issues :) Complained to my husband I was in a drunken stupor? LOL What a pig.

First off, I would like to start off this review by saying I have been a customer of Schultz Ford for over 20 years. I grew up in New York not far from Schultz Ford and now live in Massachusetts and continue to lease and buy cars from Schultz Ford. In over 20 Years I have never felt like I was taken advantage of and have always been treated with exceptional Service whether buying, leasing or having service done when I have been in town. Now for why I am writing this review. I stayed at a hotel In Newark NJ where I left my car while I traveled overseas for 10 days. I received a phone call on the 9th of December (from the hotel In Newark while I was still overseas) letting me know that my Tires and Rims had been stolen off of my vehicle and it was sitting up on blocks. Needless to say, this was shocking news! I decided to call Schultz Ford and told them about my situation and without hesitation they replied don’t even worry about it we will take care of it for you. The next day Schultz Ford sent down a flatbed tow truck with tires, lug nuts and a rental car which they left in the car port of the hotel so when I returned, I would be ready to roll out of there. So, Thank You!! Schultz Ford and the entire team for great customer service!! I will continue to be a loyal custom!
