I will write my review shortly. Very unethical business practices and only cares about the money not the customer. We have dealt with them years. The Daughter has no clue about customer service

Our Lexus vehicle is parked outdoors. The day after an unusually heavy period of rain I noticed that when I opened the front and back driver side doors of the auto, water began streaming out from under the inside plastic panels under each door. Quite frankly I was shocked, as I have never witnessed this with any car I previously owned. I quickly contacted my Lexus service consultant, Maria Morales, who immediately scheduled an appointment for me. She calmed me down and assured me not to worry and that the issue would be corrected. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Maria was there to greet us with a warm smile. She explained that the situation I described sometimes happens. The doors of the Lexus are designed to harmlessly funnel unusually large amounts of rain water striking the vehicle through pre- drilled drainage holes at the bottoms of the doors. Maria concluded that these holes had likely become clogged over time, and that the staff mechanics had a special tool to clear them. Rather than have us wait, Maria graciously accommodated us with a loaner vehicle. The problem apparently was an easy fix and we have had no more issues with rain water. It is very reassuring to know that whenever an issue with our Lexus should arise we can reach out to a true professional like Maria and obtain immediate help. We are most grateful to Maria for her assistance, professionalism, and kind, courteous nature!

I have been a loyal Lexus of Smithtown customer for many - Disappointed

I have been a loyal Lexus of Smithtown customer for many years. My Lexus RX350 is an excellent car, in great condition. However, for the last few years, every time there was an inspection and / or oil change - "upcoming" problems were detected. There were significant costs involved. The customer service representative is always professional, courteous and efficient. I will reconsider bringing the vehicle to Lexus of Smithtown for inspections and simple oil changes. An oil change and inspection are all that was needed. Disappointed.

If you want to get screwed this is the right place. Brought my vehicle for TPMS light on and after they diagnosed I was told one of the tire sensors is bad and needs to be replaced. After replacing that sensor they said another sensor is bad and light is still on. When I asked how could this be possible? The answer was "it went bad overnight". Never want go back on this place.

This shop does by far the best quality work. They're honest, highly skilled, and the best in the business. If you want something done the right way, whether it be mechanical work or body work, then this is the place for you. They are experts with high end makes and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
