Paul Roberts puts a bogus Inspection Sticker on his cars and thinks he can convince me 2 other certified mechanics are lying??? $13,600 Audi cost me $5,600 out of pocket to get legal Inspection Sticker - piece of crap didn't even make it home from lot!!! Last November (2021) I brought my car in and had the front brakes replaced. In March of this year, I brought the car back in because the front brakes were making noise. I was told it was because the back brakes had damaged the front. (The back brakes were done at another dealership in July). I brought it into a Chrysler dealership in April to check the brakes and there were no problems with the back but the fronts needed to be replaced. After only four months the front brakes should be under Mopar's warranty. The company refused to do anything whatsoever about the front brakes and the person in the service department was extremely rude..

f it’s up to me I will give them zero starts. I have the worst service experience. My 2016 Senta Fe had an engine replaced recently from this place. When I went to pick up my car after the engine replacement my driver side mirror was damaged, My car had scratches all over and there was rear bumper damage. And this is not the first time this happened to my car. My car got hit 3 times in there dealership. The staff, service rep, manager is clueless. The dealership doesn’t provide with any loaner vehicle. I am paying for Uber and Lyft everyday to go to work and the dealership is not reimbursing me. It’s been more then 3 months I spend over $2000 in commute and they still have my car. After the engine replacement I didn’t get to test drive the car. The new manager is so unprofessional and he have no idea what’s going on at the dealership. Every time I ask him questions he tells me I will speak to my higher authorities and never gets back to me. When I saw the damages on my car The new manager refused to fix it and he started blaming all the damages on me then the service rep brought in the paperwork which showed when I dropped the car at there dealership it had no damages at all. When I asked the new manager to give me a copy of that document he said I will email you the copy by 5pm I called him back and he said I can’t give you a copy it’s legal document. After reviewing the paperwork he tells me that we will fix the car but the way he said it it sounded like he was doing a favor to me. The old manager was so nice and helpful I think his name was Peter. He always helped me with my concerns. I reported my concern to the Hyundai case manager and there dealership in Bayside.

All it takes is a phone call with a question/concern and Jay and his crew will come pick up my vehicle at my place of employment, do the work I asked for, and return my vehicle before I'm done for the day. Always courteous, always respectful, always accommodating, this service department is the best I've ever dealt with in all my years of driving. They have earned my loyalty..
