I recently brought my 2007 Hyundai Santé Fe in because the check engine light was on. After many attempts to get to the bottom of the problem, the mechanics finally figured out the cause and fixed it. The service department was professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. The service manager made calls, and always explained the next step. We were given a courtesy car while they were working on our car so we were not inconvenienced. In the end, we weren't charged for work done that was not part of figuring out why the light wouldn't go off. They were very fair with the price we ended up paying. I cant thank them enough for all they have done. I highly recommend this dealership.

Friendliness, knowledge and efficiency exhibited by Fuccillo employees particularly the Service Dept is excellent. Mark, in particular was very helpful in answering my questions concerning the recall campaign that caused me to bring my car in.

My car was taken here to have a motor replaced which was part of a recall. When I received it back it had electrical problems. I took it back to Millers on 2 different occasions the first time they told me I needed a new shift solenoid and it cost me roughly 800$ out of pocket. I then picked up my car and once again same problems. When I took it back a second time (3rd including motor replacement) they called me and told me I needed a new transmission. I practically pleaded with these people to look into maybe a lose ground or something electrical. After 4 days they called me and informed me they found a ground not making full connection and fixed the problem and car was ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I inquired about a refund for the solenoid I just paid them to replace and took to another garage to be tested and sure enough it wasn't bad after all. They refunded me roughly 550$. Since the ground wasn't fully connected for an extended period of time it intermittently went through the car damaging electrical components. I asked them what they would do about the damages it caused and they stated they believe they fulfilled their duties to me by giving a partial refund. I put thousands of dollars into this vehicle before taking it as a loss. IF they admitted a wrong by issuing a refund then clearly they should be held responsible for the damages their negligent motor install caused. Oh I must add their service manager thought the red blinking light on my dash was a tracking device.... (its my security system) I wouldn't recommend this garage to anyone not to purchase or even service a car.

Suddenly, a compressor on my Palisade has died but the compressors were backordered. I called Hyundai case management and they promptly shipped a compressor to Plaza Hyundai. Both Hyundai case management and Hyundai Plaza service management called me almost every day notifying me about the status of my case. The new compressor has been installed and tested ahead of expected time. I am incredibly grateful to William Bonilla, the Assistant Service Manager of Hyundai Plaza. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, it was my best experience with car service. Alex. Reznitsky.

Once again, I came for service and had a top notch experience. Barry Pirzinger [Service Manager] as usual helped me and is very knowledgeable. He is very helpful when you ask questions. He makes you very comfortable in the Potamkin enviroment. Ibis Andino listed my needs and got me in and out in a timely manner. Potamkin Hyundai is a find when it comes to a service center.

On April 29 I sent my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to Kingston Prestige to figure out why my car wouldn't stay running. On around May 3rd I received a phone call from them stating that I needed a new motor. They told me Hyundai had to replace it. Ok that was fine it took awhile for them to get the new motor in. Now they have had the motor for 3 week as of today June 4 2024. I call every week and keep getting this run around that it will be next week. All I keep hearing every week is there is 5 cars ahead of mine. The number never goes down continuing to stay at 5 cars before they can get to my car. Now they did offer me a rental but I don't drive my daughter drives me back and forth to work every day. I have had such a hard time now getting from WEST Hurley to New Paltz every night. I just want my car fixed. My daughter spoke to mechanic Jeff today and asked for phone number of someone hire up than he was and was denied a name or phone number. He claimed to be highest manager and the owner would never speak with us. The rudeness of him was horrible. I feel like I'm being discriminated against me because I'm an older woman of 64 years old and my car is a recall job. My job has been wonderful of giving me a place to stay in there employee housing when i cannot get home which is most nights. Its been really hard not being able to sleep in my own home and is effecting my sleep in a very horrible way. I just want to be given an honest answer about when my vehicle will be in the shop and be completed.

If you want something done the right way, whether it be mechanical work or body work, then this is the place for you. They are experts with high end makes and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
