I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

We've purchased 3 cars here. Sales people respected our preferences, toward smaller cars that are safe and dependable. But our kudos go to the service department. Jody and the desk people are super, including Roger the new guy. Over the years only one glitch on the actual work done: an incredibly expensive side mirror replacement. I think that problem was due to lack of expertise at either the regional or national level, when contacted by the local staff about a strange camera problem. This is the only bad experience in 15 years, however.

Not thrilled with this particular experience. My wife brought our 2018 CRV in for some recall work and to have a noise checked that was coming from the front right tire of the vehicle. The recall work went fine, but the inspection of the noise led to the brakes. There was noted "uneven" wear on the front right brake. They noted that the pad used was an aftermarket pad, and then recommended a complete replacement of ALL pads and rotors, and even told my wife and me (on two separate occasions no less, once in person and once on the phone) that the vehicle wasn't necessarily safe to drive. The job was quoted at bit over $1000. We decided to seek out a second opinion and went with a long established mechanic in our town. He inspected all brakes - pads, rotors, calipers - and noted that nothing was wrong with anything, other than maybe needing a clean and lube job. He informed us that the brakes had a good year of life left in all of them. I've gotta say, that's some sketchy stuff on Della Honda's part. Aside from factory recall work, they will NOT be receiving any business from us going forward. Even then, we will likely seek out another dealership, first. 100% DO NOT recommend this service. Recommending an unnecessary $1000 job?! Seriously?! The Della Bellas need to do better

My alarm was going off and even though it was a unscheduled drop off, Bill was able to get my CRV in and diagnosed within 2 days and the part "body control module" arrived the next day. Bill is a testament to excellent customer service.
