I brought my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and because the - godstruck1968

I brought my 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and because the transmission was acting up. The car was dropped off on a Monday. On Thursday the dealership calls me up and tells me that the technician cannot find a problem with my transmission and wants me to come in and duplicate the problems on the transmission. If this technician cannot identify a problem transmission why is he employed at a dealership. They didn't mention that they check the front end which was another one of the main problems or the fact that the transmission was slipping. I've owned cars for most of my young life and I've never experienced service this terrible.

Went for oil change they messed up my info on my computer. The Service writer was excellent. Whoever did the oil change moved moved my mirrors seat and lost all my computer info.he likedto play with buttons I won't be going there again I bought 4 different vehicles there. It won't happen again.The mechanic was only supposed to do an oil change

I loved the video showing the technician looking over the vehicle and going right to the issue without any hesitation as to what was wrong. After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure - David

After informing them that my vehicle had no fuel pressure and had an active recall for a fuel pump relay which can cause the vehicle to stall while driving which it did. The cause of which is the failing of the fuel pump as even posted on Chrysler’s website. They then asked to conduct electrical work to find a problem for a fuse that kept blowing according to them. Now they say oh it was just the fuel pump. Clearly trying to charge me for something that I already knew. Extremely shady and I’m not the only person to be told they need extra stuff from these people.

Help! To the rescue! - Panicked

I was returning home from a shopping trip to Saratoga and my transmission / gears weren't shifting correctly. I panicked, pulled the car over, and called my regular dealer. They couldn't see me for 5 days but he recommended Stephens in Greenwich. I called immediately and was able to bring my car in for service the next morning. I was able to get the earliest morning appointment in case I needed to order a part. Luckily the problem was fixed within an hour. The service team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I plan on continuing to servicie my vehicle there .

I recently had Peake take care of recalls on 2 of my Dodge vehicles. This was after having my local Dodge dealer give me a run around for several weeks on airbags. They got me in right away, and within a week both recalls were done. The service people are friendly and very helpful. When I need to buy a new truck, I will be looking at trucks here.

If you want something done the right way, whether it be mechanical work or body work, then this is the place for you. They are experts with high end makes and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.
