My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine" I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM was unable to correct the problem. I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem. After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced. I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me. I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

My car was in for air conditioning issues. Their diagnosis of the problem was quick, sufficient, and accurate. They were trustworthy and honest about the problems with my vehicle. They quoted me a fair and competitive price. It's nice to know Hoselton is nearby when my car needs repairs.

had a problem when I was leaving for vacation that had been planned for a long time, when I called the service manager Mike Hueston who was very helpful and got the car fixed and got my family on the road. I have had great expeirences with this service dept and give them all the praise they deserve. The customer lounge is the best around.

Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! Beware of the sales pitch for warranteed pre-owned and certified vehicles (read every little bit of fine print and ask every question imaginable). Our experience with this warrantee and with the dealership standing by it is weak. After less than a year of owning our vehicle, and $1500 of work done on the car, we are ready to go back to owning a foriegn car.

Overall I was satisfied with my experience. I brought in my 2010 HHR for ignition recall. I would have rated 5 stars and a 10 but they could have been more honest with the estimated time to complete the work. The service writer said about an hour to an hour and a half but it wasn't ready until 3 hours after I dropped it off.
