He keep both my daughter and I up to date when the part was coming in and how long. There was a little set back when the part came in but nothing major. BMW GOT MY VOTE!!! Thank you Anthony u are the best, I don't care what they say about u!!!! (inside joke) I highly recommend this place!

Bring a gas can with you if you take a loaner!!...Seriously! I had a loaner recently and filled it up before returning it at the gas station closest to the dealership from my home (3.8 miles away). I get a text the next day stating they charged my card on file for $2.45 as I did not return the car full and it took a 1/2 gallon. The loaner averaged almost 30mpg. I guarantee they didn't deduct the gas they spent test driving my vehicle or driving the loaner to the gas station on my dime. Disgusting and petty. Good Job losing a long time BMW enthusiast as a customer over $2.45. Shame on you.

I brought my 09 328i in for some basic maintenance and inspection. When I got the vehicle back my left headlight was flooded with rain water. They told me it was my problem and quoted me a bill to repair the light. Albeit this happened about a year ago, it still irks me from time to time. I highly recommend Keeler BMW instead.

After making service appointment on line, the day before, some Henry called, informing me that they are overbooked and the car will not be served if I bring it. No apologies. Offered to make another appointment. When I said that the appointment was made on line, so how it could be overbooked, the response was "It malfunctions. That's why I'M TAKING MY TIME TO CALL YOU SO YOU WILL NOT BE TURNED AWAY TOMORROW" !!!!

Thanks to Sean Burton and John Warren for another excellent service experience. Sean is friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent service advisor. He let me know all service options available, and kept me informed throughout the eight-day service period. John has worked on my 2014 435i for many years (since 4/17/2018) and has consistently performed outstanding work. Repairs needed are identified and expertly performed. My vehicle required many repairs during this service, some of which were probably quite challenging on a vehicle this age (the A/C condenser, radiator, front strut and rear shock absorber replacements). These are the reasons I travel 200 mi. from Boston to BMW of Westchester for service. The repair bill was quite expensive. I hope the investment will keep my 2014 435i on the road for many more years to come.

Do not spend your hard earned dollars at Bob Johnson Chevrolet. They are a bunch of scammers. I spent close to $5000 on a body repair and they came back a week later and told me they were going to charge my credit card $250 because the loaner they gave me smelled like smoke. I don't smoke and I did not smoke in the loaner car. I spoke to three people in the service department and they were not customer focused. They want to make the quick sale and then don't give a crap.

On Friday 10/5, I took my 2015 Altima 3.5 SL to the service center for a simple oil change and tire rotation with the standard multi-point inspection. My experience was bad as soon as I walked in the door and got worse as my time there continued. I had a coupon for the 39.99 oil change deal and told the advisor who checked me in and she said she would take care of it. When my vehicle was done, the advisor came and told me the car needed a new xxx battery cable and brake cleaning but other than that the car was fine. (which i knew was a lie because my left rear tire is low on air constantly and my right back tire had a cut on the outside because we just got our state inspection) but I assumed they at least did the oil change and tire rotation right so I didnt mention his overlooking of the condition of my tires and the opportunity to sell me a pair of tires. When I got my vehicle back, I saw that the 'LDW/BSW Malfunction light was on, which was not on when I checked the vehicle in for service. I immediately took the car back inside and showed the advisor who then went in to get the technician who worked on my car. No one had a clue what was wrong or even took the time to go get someone else who may know what was going on. He simply turned off the Lane Departure Warning and Blind Spot Warning feature so that the light would 'go away'. I was going out of town and didnt have much time to stay to wait for it to be checked back in so I made an appointment to come in 10/8. After that, I went home and showed my husband the paperwork and he went out to inspect the vehicle. He noticed that the two rear tires that had damage WERE STILL IN THE SAME PLACE! The tires WERE NEVER ROTATED. Which explains why the technician failed to mention that my tires needed to be replaced when he did his 'multi point inspection'. In fact, he put that there were NO cuts, nails, or damage to the tires. On 10/8 at about 3am on the way back from VA that same tire with the cut gave out and went flat. I understand that the tire going out was NOT the fault of nissan or the technician, however his negligence to rotate and inspect the tires as he indicated he did caused us to think that the tire may not have been as bad as we thought and that it didnt need to be replaced quite yet. Had we had known, we would have purchased two tires that day. So on 10/8, we took the vehicle back to the dealership and explained all of this to the advisor who helped me on 10/5. She stated that she would take care of the installation of the tires for free and all we had to do was purchase a tire whether it be there or anywhere else. I agreed and told her I would come back on 10/9 to get the tires installed, she would jut have to let me know the price. She stated that she would price some tires for us and give us a call back by EOB 10/8. It is now 10/9 and I have still not heard from them. The service there is awful and we literally just purchased our car back in August of this year. I will NEVER take my car back to this place. I simply needed a tire rotation and oil change and couldn't even get that without issues. Please train your staff to do their due diligence and complete their job assignments without rushing or lying about what is done. Also, please teach your advisors what integrity on the job is and to not make promises you have no intentions on keeping. Me and my husband were very nice given the circumstances and this is how we were treated? Never again.

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. I recommend this greece GMC buick dealership to God if he needed his car fixed. 10 stars!!! Take you car here. God bless. Thanks. Jennifer

Bad Brake job. - Postal1955

Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!!

I have had a dealer loaner for two weeks now. Bob Johnson not only has not figured out the issue on the vehicle but has sent it to another dealership to diagnose. I have full factory new car warranty until January. I have been in touch with Mike Sofia, who has been extremely helpful, but my issue is I am getting nowhere near tthe gas mileage I was told I would when I bought it. He told me a story about a customer who traded in a car and lost money because gas prices rose and had buyers remorse. I then reached out to try and contact the owner, John Love, and his second in command, Rob Scott. I was told John was out and the woman took my summary of issues and said that Rob would call me back and he was the best. Hours later no call. I called back and went to his voicemai. I don't care about the cost of gas but it is not related as I am spending gas on a vehicle that doesn't perform as it should. I emphasized all I want is the car I paid for and I don't even know if I can get that. The only reason I am rating this dealership is I was told this is where the main offices and the people I need to reach are located.

The service writer, Brandon, gave me attitude why I was there and asked me if I had gotten a call/text that it was done? It is so hard to find good help these days! i have always bought my new cars there, even my last used car I bought there, in 2017, a 2014 Equinox. Great car. Also have a 2012 Sonic I bought there new. They get all my business including service. Not anymore. Last few times all they want to do is the work I ask for, and recommend thousands of dollars more each time I go. This last time (today) took in for loud exhaust system. I looked at it myself, all looked good except middle muffler (resinator) part at NAPA $61.00. They said they had to replace all because that is all GM sells, not the individual parts. So it would be $1500.00. After I called them back, they also said I needed breaks, just after passing inspection there in April, since April maybe at most 1,000 miles. I am taking it elsewhere for the first time. They will only get work if its warrenty, from me in the future. Liked it a lot better when it was LeRoy Motors, Bob Johnson, ruined it.

Cant give zero star! I am sure you will enjoy your experience purchasing a car from here but once they have your money in your pocket they treat you like waste. They have never fixed an ongoing electrical issue even when it was under warranty. Yesterday my folks (who bought me the Sorento) went in with me to see if they would once and for all resolve a problem they have literally only bandaided everytime I took it it in. I have a picture of a melted connector due to inaccurate wiring and they STILL WONT acknowledge it. They said it would now cost $170 an hour to look into it!! Anyone who considers buying a car from here I am sure the sales people will go above and beyond to make sure they make a sale. Once the money is in the bank, your nothing but a waste. My folks wanted to buy me another care before leaving because of the age of my car and issues that are not being fixed. I refused to let them spend their money there!! Not even a free car was worth anymore of my time with them! Free car for me and I said "Nope, not from here!". And to add....years ago, I was told 'to my face' while sitting in the lobby that 'i lied' about having the electric starter put in when the car was ordered. Went out to my car to retrieve the work order to show him I was not lying!! Kid didnt know what to say!! Tyoical car dealership devilment that gets them these bad reviews and a loss of a sale.

I need a seatbelt in my 2015 VW GTI. I work full-time and take care of my 8-month-old infant full-time. I wanted to avoid making multiple trips to the dealership because such trips require me to take time off of work and, because there is no mask mandate and infants cannot be masked or vaccinated, it requires me to sit outside the dealership while waiting for service. Accordingly, I called to ask that the parts be ordered. I provided the VIN and was assured that the part would be in (I even offered to pay for it ahead of time), I called later and confirmed that the part had come in. When I took my GTI in for service I waited with my infant in carrier for over an hour, in the sun, on a patio next to a dead bird. I had to change his diaper there. Finally, I was called and informed that the dealership did not actually have the part and that I would have to come back again later. I lost more than half a day of work to this chore and was given nothing in recompense and hardly even an apology. I also put a deposit on a new key from this same dealership--paying about $200--and was told that I would be called when it came in. I never received a call but eventually confirmed that a key came in. However, I have no time to go back to the dealership for either the seatbelt or the key (and I have to assume that the key will take at least two more trips). It seems I'm out the $200, my lost wages, and I still need a new seatbelt and key. I would prefer to give a "negative star" rating, but that is not an option. Additionally, I've now left many voicemails for various managers at Bob Johnson/Dorschel (there was some sort of merger but the signage is only half-changed) and have heard nothing back.
