Great car dealership. I had an oil change and said I didn't want tires rotated but they did anyway. They took the charge off the bill and were very nice about it.

Tried Rapp for service as they are closer to where I live. Paid over $100 for a oil change, tire rotation. Surprised service department doesn't perform a mulit-point inspection of items like the battery, fluids, belts, tires, etc. Other dealers, service providers do this as part of most services being performed. Was never offered and didn't know I needed to ask. Helpful to prevent surprise break-downs. Also, like that as a customer you can watch workers. Surprised at how much he seemed to play with his cell phone. Probably will go back to the previous service providers. Oh, and they charge more too.

I will no longer do business with this dealership, they had my ram for almost 5 months and after spending over 5,000.00 dollars was told by the service manager that they hope to never see us again and asked us if we knew where the Mathews dealership was so we could take our future business dealings there, we have made several attempts to speak to Mark Dell about this issue and he does not return our calls, so at this point I will be contacting the Attorney Generals office and filing a formal complaint and the fact that I belong to a couple of car clubs I will be passing on my experience with a lot of friends, bad news travels fast.

Had nothing but great experiences at the service department. Everyone is so attentive to your needs . My advisor Bin Chen went above and beyond to make sure that the issue with my vehicle was taken care of by my outside warranty company.He was in constant communication with me for every step of the way. I am fully satisfied with the results. I would recommend this dealership for their professionalism, quality of work and great customer service .
