My 2nd review for Audi Albany, We have had only great customer service amongst the team in Latham NY. It’s great feeling to be able to send an email to service manager Craig on a question about my wife’s Audi S4 and and get a quick response with an answer & a resolution. I called two weeks ago while on vacation in Maine and scheduled my Audi S4 35k mile checkup with John the service writer and he was extremely customer friendly and made scheduling my appointment seamless. My wife had to take car in as I had an important meeting to attend, John said the service would take approximately 3hrs and could set us up with a loaner so my wife could get some stuff done around the Latham area. That’s Great Customer Service! In my past reviews the thing that really stands out with this Audi branch is COMMUNICATION through text or phone calls during any of my service appointments. Thanks Craig, John & the Mechanic that did the service.

Never lease or buy a car from this dealership. Avoid at all costs. I leased a 2021 A4 from them and it has been nothing but problems from the moment I drove the car off the lot. I’ve had to take the car in for service of electronic and mechanical issues a half dozen time in 2 years. They have zero loaner cars available. The service department is quite possibly the worst service department of any dealership in westchester. They replaced a taillight on my brand new car because of electrical issues and left the interior panel off the car which allowed water in and fried the wiring. This meant my car had to be in their shop for over a week waiting for replacement parts for an issue or entirely their doing. Everyone at the dealership from the general manager down to the service reps are rude, inconsiderate and downright awful at their jobs. I could not caution against using this dealership anymore strongly. Beware!

I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown - Rose

I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. I drove in without an appointment thinking they were going to be annoyed but when I got there it was the complete opposite. They had a man named Tony who took over, told me to go in and have a coffee while he and his staff tried to make it work. Just the fact that they looked into it and worked together to help me was astonishing. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the kindness and professionalism they showed me at Audi of Smithtown. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know because this dealership stands out from the rest and I’ve known it since 2015!

Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!
