I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Gotta let you guys know about Bilall over at Acura of Brooklyn. I popped in one day for routine mx and figured let me start window shopping as my lease was quickly coming to an end. Well by the time I was done or I should say Bilall was done with me......I knew some things about cars I never knew abs also had myself a new 2021 TLX. His customer service was top notch. He wasn’t pushy but more informative. He gave options and showed the pros and cons. He took care of all my paperwork, kept in constant communication until all was done. Bilall FOR THE WIN!!

Where do I start? After a few years of business, I was highly disappointed in what transpired today regarding an issue with my ZDX. The staff member in service over the phone was rude and repeatedly cut me off when I was explaining my issue. As I was making my way to the dealership, I received a phone call from Joe M. (Manager) who right away was accusatory in his comments as to how the phone interaction went. What type of "manager" calls a customer without hearing their side of what happened? Well, Joe does. I then reached out to my sales representative, Javier R., and was told, via text, to take my car to Rallye Acura where I purchased it for the service. I was gravely disappointed in the actions taken by both Joe and Javier as we had a beyond amicable relationship previously. They may seem fair and honest in the beginning, but please believe that it is a scam and ploy to earn your business. Please see Danny Park (sales) and Keeyoung (service) at Ralle Acura for your acura needs, you will not be disappointed.

For a little over six years I have been bringing my 2012 Acura TSX to Smithtown Acura for a variety of different services on my car. The service Department starting with Jeff the Service Manager and Leigh the Customer Support Representative have treated me the way any car owner should with respect and the facts regarding the car. usually one would think that a dealership beats you over the head with pricing. Jeff and Leigh give you various options with zero pressure of doing work on your car that you don't need.. I recently had a run in with a pothole that left my right front rim damaged along with the tire and fender. Jeff and Leigh explained to me what would be needed to get the car running again. I was told it was possible a new rim and tire to may be needed along with other body work. They both explained in detail the amount of the repairs may cost. They were both very upfront with me. I agreed to have the rim and tire sent out to be possibly repaired. Leigh who was very busy at the time working on other service requests was able to give me a beautiful 2019 Acura TLX loaner vehicle even when she only had two to give out the rest of the day. That was very much appreciated. The next day I received a call from Leigh that the rim could be repaired, the tire could be fixed and most of the body work would be done. This was refreshing to me. so Instead of a huge bill i had a very reasonable bill, In a day and age where i easily could of been told the rim was beyond repair and the tire was bad as well Jeff as usual did the right thing and saved me a lot of money. I appreciated that. Jeff and Leigh are valuable assets to Smithtown Acura and i look forward to using Smithtown Acura for the continued maintenance on my vehicle and hopefully the sales department in about another year. bought my first Alfa Romeo from here. and it great taking care of my cars for service by Angel. However recently they got closed out for reason. Hopefully they are opening new place sooner.
