Per svc manager “Joe” delays are caused by Emplyee absenteeism issues in service dept. Took 3 days to get someone to look at our car looked at after being towed 100 miles to the dealership after being told they could get right to is since we were stranded and had to stay at a hotel until the shift module could be repaid er and or replaced. They we find out that while many models have a recall on the shift module, the recall didn’t apply to our specific car. Poor communications in svc dept led to additional delays as we approved the $1600 repair to get it done and when calling to text day to find out if it was done, was told they didn’t get our approval to pay for it. Sad to say this was a very disappointing experience for a long time RR owner. Maybe they are the dealer for the bills, but I hope us regular customers done get pushed aside while the expedite their premier clients while we sit in a hotel for 5 days waiting for news on when they will get to our car while we are stranded.
