I called Darren to see what we could do about getting an oil change. He informed me that he could come pick up my car and leave me a loner while I was at work and would take it and get the oil changed for me. He had it back to me in no time and it helped me out greatly with my busy schedule.

I purchased my Hyundai Santafe new from Towne many, many years ago. I've always brought it to them for major service and inspections. I've done brakes myself and had tires done elsewhere because of the brand of tire I wanted. Both the dealership as well as Hyundai have been extremely helpful and fair to me. They're flexible and I always have gotten a loaner from them. I don't feel that I was ever treated unfairly nor was I up-charged for repairs that I didn't need. They have even assisted me with out of warranty repairs that Huyndai covered. I hope that they can find a used vehicle that I want, or that I could afford another new car because I'd really like to do business with them again.

I cannot say enough good things about the service department. They are outstanding, excellent and go above and beyond. My Mazda CX-5 would not come out of park. I am from out of town and needed to get back home for personal reasons. I was able to get an appointment with them in a quick time frame. They took care of me as if I was family to get the parts needed to fix my car in a very short time, which I know is hard to do in this day and age. They kept me informed every step of the way! Hopefully something like this won't happen again, but if it does, I know where I can go for outstanding customer service in servicing my vehicle. Thanks again Dawn, Mike and Christine for your incredible effort in getting me home!

I bought my Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa. I was happy with the sale back then. It came time for service and I had an issue with my AC line draining. Let me tell you, I got an appointment right away from Adrian. Nick, the Service Director was away when my car was there but kept me updated on its progress and instructed John to take great care of me. I was blown away by the service that I have received. We have a Highlander and Camry and bring both vehicles there for service. They really take care of the customer and truly care. It is rare to find today, especially on Long Island. Completely satisfied. I referred my sister to Toyota of Massapequa for the purchase of her Sienna and she was also extremely happy with the sale. We are a Toyota of Massapequa family for life! Thank you to Adrian, Nick and John for the love and incredible service.

I have dealt with Steve on multiple occasions . His attention to details and his own expectations are very high when he is attending to your vehicle. He treats your car as it was his own, which I respect greatly. He treats his customers with respect and always greats you with a smile. Steve is a great example of a team player.
