This shop does by far the best quality work. They're honest, highly skilled, and the best in the business. If you want something done the right way, whether it be mechanical work or body work, then this is the place for you. They are experts with high end makes and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

I took my GMC truck in for warranty service. From the second I walked though the door it was like I was wasting their time. I was treated like a 5 year old kid. No one was willing to go out with me so I could show them what the problem was. They kept the truck for 2 hours, didn't fix anything, and then called me to tell me how I must have hit something with the vehicle and that was the reason for the failure. No warranty coverage, but they would gladly fix it in their service department for a huge obscene amount of money. I said no thanks. I had not been involved in any accident with the truck, but whatever if they won't cover it under warranty - I said fine - I'll fix it myself. I went to the parts department to get the part that was broken - All I got there was a huge run around about having to buy the a whole assembly and the part that was broken was not available separately. I have worked on vehicles my whole life - I knew it was a huge line of crap. So, infuriated, I left. I went to another dealer - they too refused to cover it under warranty - but they nicely explained to me why they couldn't cover it. I was treated like an adult and they never accused me of wreaking my truck and trying to cover it up. I told them I wanted to fix it myself and they said no problem and actually helped me locate the part need. Not a whole assembly that wasn't needed. No run around. NO CRAP! Even if I have to drive an hour out of my way - I will never take my truck back to Randall's, for warranted work or otherwise, again.

This is the most dishonest and worst place to go! I bought a car there and they wouldn't even give it to me for the price it went on sale for! On their website they posted! I had put a deposit on that car and they were supposed to hold it and without notice put it for sale again and even lowered the price after they had my thousands of dollars... online (though the sale was a lie, it was just to bring in business because it was not honored for me). Beware of Rich Colburn (salesman), and Shaun Gleason (service advisor), the mechanics lie when they are too lazy or can't figure out what's wrong and just make up what's wrong, and if you take it back they will tell you it's something completely different. I used to trust them so much with my vehices but, they are so unprofessional they didnt even put things back together they took apart and still returned my car to me writing lies on my bill for hundreds..well for hundreds you put things back together...and I have spent thousands upon thousands there but, they descriminate against older vehicles and make up lies to cover their xxx as to why they won't work on them, branding the owner and vehicle because they don't know how to fix classic cars, they have no knowledge of them, no training and are too lazy to troubleshoot. They would rather fabricate problems and lie through their teeth. The whole service staff is incompetent, oozing with inexperience and corrupt. You can't inspect a vehicle at their high standards then turn around two months later and say it isn't safe when it just passed their high standards and the reason is ridiculous because the car is completely redone and certain non issues have been that way for 20 years. How can they pass it and then turn around and say it isn't safe, in the same condition two months later? If they actually believed their lies... the condition didn't change over two months so that means they would have passed it not being safe two months beforehand and should lose their licence, which I have proof they passed it and then said it wasn't safe with no changes in condition in those TWO MONTHS (which I can also prove)...which I'm reporting to NYS. They are pieces of xxxx, dishonest as can be ever since Tracy Woods left...they are nothing but, incompetence. Don't ever be nieve enough to believe a word they tell you or spend a penny there. Their dishonesty outshines their company name. The kids at Boces are more trustworthy an knowledgible than them! Trust me. And don't buy a car there, you will pay far more than it's value, as they mark their vehicles far above market value and will barely take a penny off the price. I did because I was foolish enough to trust them. Their salesmen are high pressured, the service people push repairs not needed at unreasonable pretentious prices, and the office staff are bubbleheads. The salesmen and service people aren't much smarter. I urge you don't get ripped off, stay away and don't waste thousands at this corrupted business!! Just because they will make up any excuse not to work on your vehicle....and know nothing about how to fix cars, it won't stop them from charging you hundreds for nothing, such as replacing a gas cap or fuse at premium over priced prices!! They also descriminate against women and the LGBT community! WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID. Being corrupt since 1982 ripping people off and stealing from customers Rick Bokman Inc. Now at more than one location from all their corrupt practices to make money to expand to rip off more than just one county or city. 🙌👎...was looking for a new car....definitely WON'T EVER give them my business again. Paul Roberts puts a bogus Inspection Sticker on his cars and thinks he can convince me 2 other certified mechanics are lying??? $13,600 Audi cost me $5,600 out of pocket to get legal Inspection Sticker - piece of crap didn't even make it home from lot!!! BEWARE LADIES, Very rude and obnoxious to deal with - has obvious issues :) Complained to my husband I was in a drunken stupor? LOL What a pig.
