Worst experience with a maintenance service. The owner Steve Cravotta lied to me and told me during 4 hours that my car would be ready in less than one hour. He became extremely rude when I asked him why my car was not ready after 5 hours waiting. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will never give them anymore business.

I just want to say 10 stars...10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. I recommend this greece GMC buick dealership to God if he needed his car fixed. 10 stars!!! Take you car here. God bless. Thanks. Jennifer

Bad Brake job. - Postal1955

Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!!

i have always bought my new cars there, even my last used car I bought there, in 2017, a 2014 Equinox. Great car. Also have a 2012 Sonic I bought there new. They get all my business including service. Not anymore. Last few times all they want to do is the work I ask for, and recommend thousands of dollars more each time I go. This last time (today) took in for loud exhaust system. I looked at it myself, all looked good except middle muffler (resinator) part at NAPA $61.00. They said they had to replace all because that is all GM sells, not the individual parts. So it would be $1500.00. After I called them back, they also said I needed breaks, just after passing inspection there in April, since April maybe at most 1,000 miles. I am taking it elsewhere for the first time. They will only get work if its warrenty, from me in the future. Liked it a lot better when it was LeRoy Motors, Bob Johnson, ruined it.

This past Saturday my family and I were in a car accident when a wheel on our GMC came off due to loose lug nuts that were not properly tightened by a garage downstate. Fred, Luke and Molly were incredibly supportive! They were waiting for us when the flatbed arrived at the dealership, fit us in same day and got us back on the road within a few hours. They were so fast in fixing the issue that Fred kindly drove me back to the rental car agency to return a rental car that we didn't need. They properly diagnosed the damage and made sure we were safe and sound and good to go! All for a very reasonable price. It was a stressful day for our family and having such great people take care of us really went a long way in helping us make the most of a difficult situation. I can't thank them enough and wholeheartedly recommend the D'Ella team for your sales and service needs. Thank you again Fred, Luke, Molly and the entire D'Ella Team.

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.
