My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine" I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM was unable to correct the problem. I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem. After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced. I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me. I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

In Feb of 2021 I purchased an Audi A4. I started at this dealer. While they had a great inventory, the sales person was pretty bad. Both socially and professionally. He had not real people skills and on top of that pretty much misled me as to the price. Price was X but then when he sent paperwork it was X plus 1000 or more for "fees". I bought a pretty good A4 at a lower price with less mileage from CarMax. I decided to give Audi of Manhattan another try via their service center. While for the most part its been ok, they now dont take Amex. And if you use another credit card they charge 3% more because thats what they get charged (by visa MC etc). Some of the folks in service act as if you are bothering them. Well Service is the first step to a new sale. Which now I will take elsewhere
