just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

I was updated throughout the entire appointment. During my wait, I was able to get some work completed on my laptop in their beautiful customer lounge. The whole experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this group.

Great deal. No pressure .. Bob the salesman made the experience go very smoothly I pick out the vehicle and picked.it up the next day. All done in under 2 hours and responses to.my question were answered quickly.

I had a 9am apt when I arrive they tell me that they have the apt for 10am to check start/stop light on on my dash also check the auto park as it takes multiple times shifting before the vehicle will go into gear. At 10:40am the vehicle still sits where I parked it. I go back into the dealership to see if it’s completed they tell me they haven’t looked at it yet. At 11:32am they call me to tell me it’s all set that it’s just the pins on the door plug connector were bent and now straightened and fixed. I go inside dealership to pay and pick up the vehicle and he now tells me that BOTH BATTERIES ARE BAD AND NEED REPLACING for a total of $1,155.28. This vehicle was just purchased from this same dealership January 25 2025 !! This dealership also charges 175 per hour labor rate. Left without purchasing any batteries at all but paid the $189 with tax rate only. Batteries were tested PRIOR TO GOING THERE TWO DAYS EARLIER BY GARAGE BOTH TESTED GOOD. !!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE WORK !! Better yet don’t even purchase a vehicle from here !! The exact same two batteries from Friendly in Geneva are almost $125 less even though neither battery needed replacing !! They also showed on their print out of paper work that the vehicle has an extended warranty until 01/25/29 with 100 deductible which I have a copy of. !!! Also the service tech at the parts counter needs an attitude adjustment and has NO BUSINESS interacting with the general public . Maybe he should just be hidden in the back to work on vehicles with an attitude like that! Matt Armison has no business interacting with the general public with an attitude like that. Infact he should probably be terminated for trying to commit fraud claiming batteries need replacing that clearly test good !! Just trying to scam customers.

Park Maple city does not stand behind what they promise you whatever you do, don't pay cash for the vehicle that way they have to fix what's wrong with it promises were made and not fulfilled, the owner is rude. Paid cash for a truck.They made promises that were never upheld repairs, they were supposed to fix.I still have not heard from them yet.\nSincerely Kevin Leiter

After having several bad vehicle purchases with vehicle dealerships in the past, I took a chance on buying a truck from Zappone's in Granville, New York. From the time I walked through the front door to the time I walked out & got in the truck I purchased & drove it home to Vermont, their entire staff fulfilled every demand I asked of them! And there many. From checking out vehicle front to back, test drive, financing, registration & insurance. Not at anytime did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. While waiting for their team to process transactions, I took a walk outside and checked out building, lot & large selection of vehicles. Their location is not in the city but rather rural. There is only one way to stay in business when located as they are. It's by taking care of customers! I know this by experience because my business is rurally located. It is a beautiful dealership inside & out & their staff are all professionals. It was the most pleasant vehicle purchase transaction I've ever made. (I'm 69 years old) Thank you very much Zappone's!
