Pierre Noel at JLRM was the best! The entire experience was seamless. He was honest and warm and delivered the car I wanted without any issues and quickly. It took about an hour of phone calls to get me a car I wanted and when I drove in the next day, the car was waiting and within an hour I’d had traded in my old car and bought the new one and left the dealership. Pierre is the best.

If you're looking for an unforgettable experience at Piehler Jaguar and Land Rover of Rochester, then look no further—because you will certainly *never* forget how miserable it can be to entrust your car to a dealership that can’t even identify a problem, let alone fix it. I recently brought my car in for service, and to say it was a disaster would be an understatement. It took them *one full week* just to get my car into the shop. That’s right, a week—during which I was treated to an endless series of excuses about how they only had one technician who specializes in my type of car (and apparently he’s always “in training,” whatever that means). Meanwhile, they spent more time explaining the size of their service area and the impressive distances they cover, than actually diagnosing my vehicle. By the time they finally did get around to looking at my car, they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. If this is what passes for customer service at a *luxury* dealership, I can’t imagine what the standard is for the competition. It’s almost as if they believe their brand name alone should be enough to compensate for the glaring lack of competence or care. For a place that prides itself on high-end vehicles, Piehler Jaguar and Land Rover might want to consider investing in more than just the brand. Perhaps it’s time to actually *train* their staff to handle the vehicles they sell—and maybe, just maybe, stop turning their customers’ service appointments into endless, frustrating exercises in wasted time. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a preloved 2020 Jaguar IPace a month ago from Lindsey Levin and have nothing but great things to say about her and her team. From the get-go, Lindsey was patient, she answered all of my questions and never once pressured me for the sale. I questioned some cosmetic items on the passenger side - fixed no questions - before I even picked up the car! Minor leak in the windshield they gave me a loaner and fixed - no questions. Financing rate was a little high at first blush - fixed no questions… I absolutely love my car and thoroughly enjoy driving again! I highly recommend that you call this dealership for service to your current vehicle or if you are in the market for a new one. You won’t be disappointed!
