Not very helpful staff - Explorer2017
Leased a 2017 Explorer in February, 2018. As part of the deal, Burdick gave us a coupon for a free oil change. I misplaced the coupon. Even though Burdick Ford had our records and showed that the vehicle had never had an oil change, they did not honor the free oil change. My wife complained to the Burdick family head quarter, and have since received another coupon, and reimbursed me for the cost of the oil change. So, that was good, even though Burdick service department was not involved. On another occasion, I called on a Tuesday for another oil change to be performed the following Saturday. But, they would not accomodate my request. Finally, today I called them and literally begged them to schedule me either today or tomorrow for another oil change because I received an emergency and I needed to drive to Florida on Saturday morning. Once again, Burdick Ford service personnel would not accomodate my request to perform a simple oil change. Thankfully, Burdick Lincoln/Mercury dealership in Drivers Village worked around their schedule and will perform the oil change tomorrow.. To put it simply, I simply don't care for Burdick Ford Service personnel or their willingness to help out their customers.
