I bought a used car from these harlequins, after 2 months of legally owning the car ( btw it took 2 months for the title to arrive with zero explanation) I heard a sound coming from the engine, took it to my mechanic who I’ve had a 8 yr professional relationship with and he told me there was metal in the oil pan that a 1 year apprentice would of been able to see from a faulty engine and that the engine had to be replaced. I was obviously concerned but since I purchased a “premium extended warranty that I was assured by the finance guy would cover “worse case scenarios” and cover labor cost and parts , like say…. needing a new engine…. Wrong, dead wrong! I have to pay $6000 out of pocket plus $500 to have the car diagnosed as per the insurance companies protocol not to mention the pure inconvenience and expense of being without a car for 6 weeks. Correspondence with them fell on deaf ears and when we did talk it was to the tune of “well these things happen and that there are no guarantees. Not only was my car a dud the warranty they sold me was too . I had concerns about the car prior to buying but I’m no mechanic so I went with their recommendation that I was buying a great car and if anything goes wrong at least you have piece of mind having a warranty . These guys are exactly the reason car salesmen and dealerships have a bad rep. You have now made it harder for the next salesperson. “Promise high and deliver low “should be their motto, I feel their incompetence is habitual from the bottom to the tippy top. As a small business owner in this small community, the importance of word of mouth and backing up my service/products is never lost on me. I can’t say the same for Romeo, not only have they lost any future sales from me but the potential loss of sales from anyone who happens to cross my path and hear about my experience. Shame on them and their horrendous business practices. My advice to you, go elsewhere! There is a reason why the reviews are all BAD!

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Called the dealership because I was interested in purchasing a car. One of the salesmen didn’t stop calling me until I finally came in. Once I got there we sat and built the T150 exactly how I wanted it. I was told I would get the car in 3 months. Got my total price of $40k and gave them a deposit. Was supposed to get email notifications with updates on the production of the car and estimated dates never did. Kept calling the salesman and he said he’s not in or he just wouldn’t pick up. I even called him once when I was outside watching him pick up the phone and tell me he’s not in today. Anyway 13 months later I get a call the van is coming in 2 days make insurance ready. 2 weeks pass and still nothing so I decided to take a drive down there and to my surprise the van is there and nobody called me to tell me it’s there. Now I come in to pick up the van and they hit me with a new sticker price of $45k due to increased costs of materials within the 13 months. Ok fine. BUT on top of that they now want 10k over sticker. After being totally shocked since I sat built the car and waited 13 months the GM said he would 7k over sticker. Got him down to 6k over sticker. They tell me all the salesmen in the dealership are just waiting for me to walk out mad and reject the car so they can go sell it for 15k over. I waited patiently much longer than I agreed and expected to and I don’t believe I should’ve paid anything over sticker. The sticker was already 5K more than my original build. It’s not like I walked in and chose something sitting in their lot which then I’d sort of understand. I waited for a car that I ordered and i have the paperwork. And the car isn’t exactly how I built it. Certain things they told me would be that aren’t.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Purchased an explorer that I was told had 6,000 miles from test drives. Not even two weeks later the check engine light is on. Was told that the car had been used by a sales manager as his personal car! I paid full price for what I believed was a new car!! They also gave me nearly $10,000 less for my trade than they are trying to sell it for now!

5/31/19 I received a call from Bianca because I’m looking to lease an Explorer. She set up an appointment for me to meet with Matthew Lopez at 5:45pm. I called at 5:44pm to let them know I was running 10 min late. When I arrive no one greets me I’m walking around there are no customers. I had to ask someone where Mr. Lopez was and I was told he left. The gentleman named Frank called him and no answer. Mr. Lopez called him back and he said he left because he wasn’t feeling well. He also never let anyone know I was coming so they could help me. I asked who the manager was so I could complain....the manager is Matthew Lopez. Disgusted

We purchased a Mustang Mach E from Leo Kaytes Ford. Buying a car with new technology can be a little intimidating. Knowing that we were purchasing our car from a dealership where you were treated with dignity and respect from an organization that has contributed to the community for years made that much easier. Our salesman, Mr. Rodger Homer, was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. That is something we really needed in making our decision to "buy in" to this new technology. We drove our new car off the lot, confident that we had made an excellent choice. More importantly, we knew that if we had a question or we had a problem with our new car, that we would be able to have any issues addressed by Leo Kaytes Ford, someone we could trust and someone that would address any issues that we have in the future. We are looking forward to picking up our Ford F150 Lightning next year from Leo Kaytes Ford!

Go somewhere else. After at least 17yrs of loyalty, they don't even call you back when you're lease is up and you're willing to get a new lease with them. It was over a week and the last reply was "oh, yeah. Someone is working on that ." We went to West Herr New York and they called back within 20min! After going to West Herr we found out Ford avon doesn't even know the ins and outs of the Ford app! Ps. I selected f-150 because ranger wasn't an option. Besides, that's what we got at West Herr

The staff at West Herr went above and beyond to walk me through the process, get me a very fair price, and answer all of my questions in an honest and straightforward way. I want to shout out the staff I worked with for their excellent customer service: Josh Ellis, Michael Monforte, Matthew Farina, Jamie, Ross Allen, and all of the other staff who helped me out. I feel bad that I don't remember everybody else's names as I want everyone to get credit for their help. I will deffinitely recommend West Herr Ford to any family or friends looking for a new car, I couldn't be happier with my experience!

They advertise loaner vehicles but have none! New F250 with rear end noise .Asked them to check it out while in for service. Didn’t have time so they said to look at it. Said I had to leave overnight. Told them to keep it then but service manager changed her mine and said no.WTH !, After 5 phone calls to service found out the only qualified tech to check u joints / rear end had quit. None of the other 15 techs could look at it for a evaluation. Place is a joke !! Then they tried to charge me for service and updates which should have been free. This is my first and last ford vehicle. Soon as I can order a new Chevy this one will be for sale. Stay away from this dealership . Looks like changing oil is all they do.

While Ford is making some great cars, the experience of buying one at this dealership makes it worth either going elsewhere or buying a different make of car. As someone wrote below, this place is a throwback to the worst days of car dealerships in every way. My specific complaint: Try getting someone on the phone here. You'll be like one of those characters in the movie OId--you'll age a year in a half hour. Worst of all is the service department, which actively seems to make it a psychological obstacle course to reach them. This might not matter so much if Pleasantville Ford had a functional website, but its stie functions like it was built in 1999. You feel like you're stuck in some Kafka-esque nightmare where you'll spend all day calling, leaving messages, being transferred, being put on hold for ten minutes before you get cut off....For the sake of your own mental health, please...stay away from this dealership. Otherwise, you'll regret buying from Pleasantville Ford the first time you have to engage with the dealer post-purchase.

DO NOT BUYOUT A LEASE AT FERRARIO! NEARLY $1000 IN ADDED FEES. My lease term ended and given the very poor selection of new or used vehicles on the lot I decided to buy out the vehicle I had leased. I got the 10 day payoff from Ford Credit and called Ferrario to complete the transaction, as Ford Credit won’t just accept a check. You have to go to a dealership. When I reviewed the paperwork Ferrario had added $500 to my payout amount, added $295 for “used car check”, over $200 for registration (my vehicle is already registered and inspected) and then additional state fees as well as the document and title fees. I called and spoke to the sales manager to see if the fees are an error, but he told me that it was not an error. It is the owners policy to add these fees. That’s right, Mr. If-you-don’t-see-me-I-can‘t-save-you-any-money Don Ferrario, has a policy to pirate Ford lessees out of $900 and put it in his pocket. I called other dealerships and ultimately paid $930 dollars less to buyout my vehicle.
