We met Alex during our search for a new car in June 2025. Jeep was high on our list, and we weren't in need of being sold so much as we needed our questions answered and options delivered. Being our first time owning a car, we needed somebody we could trust who was also willing to commit the time necessary to make us feel comfortable. Alex nailed all of that. He has a wonderful personality that makes it easy to spend an entire afternoon with him looking at options. But more importantly, Alex is extremely hardworking. You might see him literally sprinting through the showroom to get a box checked. He stays in communication throughout the process via text, never fails to provide an update, and is always at least one step ahead. If you have an issue with insurance - no problem. Alex will call them himself and handle it. If you're a first-time car-buyer, consider calling Alex. He makes the entire process easy while also being likable.

You know most people write about the salespeople like I did but I’d like to write about the finance guy. The guy that takes your money but explains every little item to you. Armory has Matt in the finance department that goes over everything with you so when you leave there with your vehicle you know everything has been taken care of. It’s nice to feel that you’ve been taken care of by someone who’s watching out for you.

Assistant Sales Manager Matthew Notarfonzo is a great salesman. He goes above and beyond to get the best deal for you and handles any issues that may arise very professionally. He does all of this while doing his job of running the sales desk and deals for his teammates. Maguires has a great team player in him.

Service brakes pads at 40k. The new pads replaced weeks later. Back six times for noises. Wound replacing suspension bars, joints, steering on consecutive visits.

i called on phone to talk to salesperson....was put on hold forever called back and told i would get a return call... never happened called the day after looking to set up a time to see a car... put on hold 24 minutes called back and insisted i am trying to buy a car was told they would give my info to the next salesperson no one called next day i call back and i am told yes we have your info we will get back to you four wasted days..... never deal with them again

I came to pick up the car on a Sunday and they gave me the car without a front license plate holder, without the GPS installed, without gas and with the paperwork completed wrong so I couldn't register my car for more than 10 days.. They made no effort to prep the car. The mats were still sealed and in the trunk. I drove the car away and two service warning lights came on, including one that said not to drive the car. Follow up from the salesman was awful.

I went to FIAT of Larchmont to get a quote on a few things to fix on my Fiat 500 that I bought there a few years ago. Then I went to see my local garage for another quote. The result was that Fiat was trying to make me replace whole parts that didn't have to be changed and the bill ended up being 4 times cheaper with my local repair guy. Also Fiat of Larchmont installed a rear view camera for me back when I first bought my car. The mirror was very poorly installed and never stayed steady. It kept moving while I was driving and after many attempts to have it fixed by Fiat, I kind of gave up as I was busy and it was never done properly anyway. Today it finally fell off and I brought it back for a last attempt to have it fixed. Steve Manessis from FIAT was telling me there was nothing he could do because he had no record of my past visits on his computer, that my car was no longer under warranty and the people who installed the mirror were no longer in business. But he advised me that I should go see a glass repair shop myself and have them glue it for me as there was nothing he could do! I am appalled by customer service in that shop, don't go there or you will be scammed!

I called Doan Fiat because I was interested in the Fiat 500x. I wasn't disappointed, Doug got right back to me and told me about the Fiat and what they had onlot. I went over and saw the SUV and fell in love. Doug helped me thru the process with his expertise and now I'm driving my dream car. Thank you Doug I'll be spreading the word!
