I checked my truck for transmission repair under warranty. It took them 20 days before starting the repair causing me a huge downtime and lost of wage . TOO BAD !

I have been to two of their dealers and received unfair service. They fixed the wrong headlight shield. I told the service man that my left front headlight shield was misted over from the inside and needed fixing. The service man came out and I showed him the shield and was quoted almost 500 dollars because the whole front of the car needed to be replaced. The work was done and all seemed fine. A year later I went back because the shield was misted over again. Their records showed that they replaced the left front shield which is what mechanics refer to as driver side left front. Since I am not a mechanic I referred to the left front by viewing facing the vehicle. Why would an intelligent mechanic replace a part that looked okay? Don't they look at what they are fixing and realize that something is wrong with the order? Another time years ago with a different vehicle I went to the dealer for an oil change. I said I needed new windshield wipers and was astonished at the high price. However I paid the bill and at some point realized why my bill was so high. I said windshield wipers when the term should have been just the rubber blades. Back then you could just purchase just the blades. Why wouldn't their service man question replacing the entire mechanisms when they obviously work fine and say miss you must mean the rubber blades. Nope. Also sold me four tires that never made it through the summer.

I researched what I was looking for and found it at Hartway Motors, I prefer working with smaller hometown dealerships and worked out what I feel is a fair deal with Derek and purchased the vehicle. My wife never saw the truck untill we picked it up, she has not stopped talking about how much she likes it. I would also like to thank Nicole (finance manager) who helped with the extended warranty and financing that fit into our budget. I highly recomend these individules at this dealership for making our purchase enjoyable and worthwhile.

Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

My tires were bad I bought the car from them three day prior my car was bouncing and pulling to the right . My rear tire blew and that how I knew what my problem was service dept has no clue what they are doing . The man "vinny" don't trust him . On several occasions, they have been able to find rebates or warranty coverage to help offset the cost of repairs. They are also always honest with me about what they find wrong, what is critical, and what I can hold off on fixing or replacing. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else!

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!
