Every time I've gone to Garcia Subaru North, I've had a great experience. This last week, I decided that it's time to start looking at getting a new car. I had the great pleasure of working with Ray through purchasing my new vehicle. He answered every question thoroughly and never made me feel bad for asking a million questions! Buying a car can be super stressful, but Ray made it so much less stressful. He gave great advice and worked with me on the requests I had in order to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. I felt completely taken care of and completely unpressured, which is a huge change compared to most dealerships! I have friends and family who are looking to buy cars in the near future, and I will DEFINITELY be sending them to Ray! Thank you, Ray, for taking care of me!

I test drove a car on Monday. Fell in love with it. I knew I was chancing it by waiting until Thursday to purchase it. I live in Taos so I asked him the morning of Thursday if it was there and he said yes. I drove there, saw the car on the lot. Yay... NO!!!! As soon as they found out I was not trading in, and going across the street to Carmax to get $2k more than they were offering, Sean called me and said his boss had sold that car to Enterprise..but if I want to come back and look at something else I could. What a joke!!!! xxxx poor business !
