Had my vehicle towed to the dealership. - We Don't Care
Had my vehicle towed to the dealership. It took. 3. Weeks for thier service department to accomplish this simple action. Submitted 2 FOBS they only did one. The parts guy actually yelled at me when I asked him to repeat his comment (I have military connected hearing disability). At first they were refusing to do the FOBS because the registration was from 2017. They didn't review it properly. Told them to look at the plates to verify they were disabled Veteran tags. My impression, they could care less about customers.
