Took my F150 in for a major recall. Robbie, Raul, and Steve were awesome. I told them upfront I was going to review the work as last recall was a total disaster, they said Tommy is very particular about his work and not to worry. They were right, all was correct and looked great.

⚠️ You’ll regret going here! ☢️ Dealt with this Dealer for 6 , LONG years. You are better off driving to ABQ, Santa Fe, Farmington or Arizona. Their sister dealership in Gallup, Champion, is no better. Most of the time the phones have issues, no answer during business hours, not even voicemail. AWFUL *️⃣ They have ZERO idea of what any semblance of CUSTOMER SERVICE is. They are ABSOLUTELY the MOST RUDE people I’ve dealt with at ANY Dealership. You can stand at the desk and it is like they see through you, on their phones, standing around, chatting and joking (can hear convo’s), doing nothing, and wont address your presence. They make you wait around with no sense of urgency or trying to get work done, just EXISTING in the space of the building, drawing a $$ check, not earning one. Frequent turnover or lack of employees. At one point this year they had 1 technician and a Service Manager. Couldn’t get to a ticket for weeks at a time so couldn’t bring vehicle in for repairs. 🗣️ The newest young girl in “Service” ** ALLISON** is inept, unskilled, little to no knowledge about auto anything, and seemingly thinks she is the General Manager of the entire Dealership. She speaks extremely condescending, supercilious, patronizing, pompous and has literally yelled loudly at me, and hung on the phone up on me twice. When talking about my issue, was RUDE, CONDESCENDING, OFFENSIVE, HAUGHTY. In person, was crude, dismissive and reinforced that my observation and verbiage is on point. 📌 This is a consistent attitude throughout this Dealership Family/Employees, to include the Owner, Stacey Corley. I’ve purchased at least 18 cars, all over the country, different brands from Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, BMW and Lexus, and I’ve even financed through Ford. This “place” tops the WORST (especially in SERVICE DEPT) in customer interaction, caring about the needs of the customer or communication along the way. As well: timely, accurate, thorough, follow through or finding the issue, attempting to replicate instead of saying it’s “intermittent” and charging you for diagnosis, even when UNDER *FORD MANUFACTURER WARRANTY*! Don’t walk, but RUN to a different Dealership, as once you get stuck, you’ll recall this post.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

OK! Well I was very pleased with Phil Long Raton until my 2018 Truck was out of Factory warranty. I purchased extended warranty directly from FORD protect for 60 months 60,000miles. Yet I still get emails every couple of weeks from Shawn Flynn, Chief Operating Officer, Phil Long Ford of Raton 1-844-578-1449 begging me to contact Phill Long Ford of Raton to buy extended warranty from them. I'v even sent a copy of my new warranty from Ford protect but Iguess Phil Long Ford of Raton don't give a rats xxx!! I shall never buy, service or obtain parts for my truck from Phil Long Ford ever again

Wife and I were passing through the 4 corners area this past June going from Phoenix to Chicago. Power steering rack on our 2015 Explorer went out in Kayenta Az. I knew this was going to need factory Ford expertise and we heard several good things about Ziem Ford. Limped the Explorer from Kayenta to Farmington with no power steering. Justin May, was our service writer and was top notch. He was able to get us in the next day. Unfortunately they had to get a new steering rack from Denver and to no fault of Ziem Ford, it took 6 days to get the part. Justin was able to arrange a loaner car which eased the sting of being in beautiful Farmington Nm. for almost a week. ;) Extremely happy with the service we received from the entire service department and would recommend Ziem Ford to anyone!
