They don’t pull the skid plates when doing oil changes and make a mess. They charge a 10% shop supply on oil changes and lie to your face and say for make them charge it. They do a poor job inspecting tires, all four of my tires had a different PSI in them.

Ok, so I called to get the recall completed on my Bronco Sport, and only had 2K left on 36K warranty. Spoke with Doug and he put me on waiting list for a loaner car. I live 3 hours away. Two weeks later he called and told me to come and get my loaner and they would take care of my car. A brand new, 200 miles on it, Ford Ranger 4X4 and told me to keep it as needed. Dough handed me off to Roger and the two of them were just GREAT. They made me feel like family and the service was completed within a week so no complaints here at all. I wish I had found these guys earlier. The CASA Group has been known in New Mexico and West Texas since Wally Lowenfeld came to town. This is not an exception for their dealerships. I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

OK! Well I was very pleased with Phil Long Raton until my 2018 Truck was out of Factory warranty. I purchased extended warranty directly from FORD protect for 60 months 60,000miles. Yet I still get emails every couple of weeks from Shawn Flynn, Chief Operating Officer, Phil Long Ford of Raton 1-844-578-1449 begging me to contact Phill Long Ford of Raton to buy extended warranty from them. I'v even sent a copy of my new warranty from Ford protect but Iguess Phil Long Ford of Raton don't give a rats xxx!! I shall never buy, service or obtain parts for my truck from Phil Long Ford ever again

Wife and I were passing through the 4 corners area this past June going from Phoenix to Chicago. Power steering rack on our 2015 Explorer went out in Kayenta Az. I knew this was going to need factory Ford expertise and we heard several good things about Ziem Ford. Limped the Explorer from Kayenta to Farmington with no power steering. Justin May, was our service writer and was top notch. He was able to get us in the next day. Unfortunately they had to get a new steering rack from Denver and to no fault of Ziem Ford, it took 6 days to get the part. Justin was able to arrange a loaner car which eased the sting of being in beautiful Farmington Nm. for almost a week. ;) Extremely happy with the service we received from the entire service department and would recommend Ziem Ford to anyone!
