I brought my 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service because of a steering assist reduced warning message. I was hesitant because normally I do not have dealers do service on my vehicles. Boy was I surprised to get the service that I did. Everyone else was quoting 2 weeks to a month and a half before they could even look at it. I brought it in and Tim told me it would be one to two days for a diagnosis. When I arrived Levi was the service rep that assisted me. He was polite and professional. He told me he would call me and let me know what they find within a day or two. He called me the next day around noon and told me the repair was completed and I could come pick up my vehicle. I never expected to get the vehicle back the next day. I will definitely allow them to service my vehicle again based on this experience. Another great plus, the repair was covered under the powertrain warranty. When I went to get the vehicle it was washed and ready for me to pick up. Only negative was it seemed they were stretched a little thin when I first called. It was a little difficult to get to talk to someone. Had to leave message and wait for call back. Other than that I will definitely try them again when service needs arrive. However, this is my 3rd Cadillac and other than oil changes and regular maintenance we have never had a problem. Waiting now to look at a vehicle coming in September. Possibly it will be my 4th. Thanks Garcia Cadillac for a great experience.
