I am not sure if this is the dealer or GMC, responsible for service cost, but it is a complete rip off to charge $ 270 to replace 2 low beam bulbs, on top of that they tried to make me spend another 3000 on different services. Watch out for this dealership

OK! Well I was very pleased with Phil Long Raton until my 2018 Truck was out of Factory warranty. I purchased extended warranty directly from FORD protect for 60 months 60,000miles. Yet I still get emails every couple of weeks from Shawn Flynn, Chief Operating Officer, Phil Long Ford of Raton 1-844-578-1449 begging me to contact Phill Long Ford of Raton to buy extended warranty from them. I'v even sent a copy of my new warranty from Ford protect but Iguess Phil Long Ford of Raton don't give a rats xxx!! I shall never buy, service or obtain parts for my truck from Phil Long Ford ever again

Took wife’s Sedona in for electrical issues. Replaced parts and problem never resolved. Paid almost $900 for nothing. Nothing fixed. Nothing resolved. Never again will I do business with them nor would I ever buy from them. Absolutely horrible!! Costly mistake to ever have gone to them.

We purchased a 2018 Power Wagon from Saul. We are from El Paso. We drive to Alamogordo for service. Saul is the absolute best. He goes above and beyond. Our last maintenance was 22Sept2021. I arrived at 9am from El Paso. I had business in Alamogordo and Cloudcroft. When I told Saul he handed me to the keys to his personal vehicle. Now if that isn’t customer service and kindness I don’t know what is. He is an absolutely asset to this dealership. I am surprised by the number of people I run into who speak so highly of Saul. I would also like to give a shout-out to Mike and Tom in service. They are honest and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to take care of your and your vehicle. Just an all around pleasant experience.
