AVOID. Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. When I had the audacity to question the thin service history from a CarFax and mention the spotty reviews of this dealership, I received a rude email from Michael Martinez, General Manager.
Specifically, I asked for the conditioning report and whether the transmission was serviced for a C450.
Evidently "Mike Muscle" thinks I should go elsewhere for a $29,000 car. I'm sure the owners will be thrilled to hear of his business philosophy!

If this is how he runs the dealership, I can only imagine what really goes on there. Since he's giving advice to go elsewhere, I see this as a blessing in disguise.
After reading reviews on Yelp and elsewhere clearly there are some serious QA issues with how they do things.
