Went in May '24 and purchased a pre-owned RAV4 Adventure. The salesperson, Jonathan Chavez, was very low pressure and helpful. There was some confusion in getting reimbursed for windshield repairs but Monica Jaramillo got it all sorted. My wife loves her RAV4 and we are happy with our experience.

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle features, and while there were a few minor details I ended up looking up on their website, his expertise was impressive. I also want to thank the sales manager, Juan; his professionalism was a key factor in my decision to move forward with the purchase. The team truly listened to my wants and needs to find the perfect match. I particularly appreciated that when I didn't make a purchase on my first visit, no one became upset or overwhelming. The polite follow-up calls were actually what steered me back to their dealership. The entire staff was kind, including the finance manager who helped me secure extra deals to save even more money. Although the process took a while because the dealership was busy on a weekend, I found the wait comfortable thanks to the small amenities offered. The extra finishing touches, like the full tank of gas and the detailing before I drove off, were much appreciated. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience at Lithia Santa Fe. I will definitely be referring anyone I know who is seeking a new vehicle to their team.

I spent 25000 dollars on a new Jeep compass sport. And it has major electrical problems. And they said it was fixed once and it still has the same problem. Car has been there 10 days and they informed me that they haven't even looked at it yet. And when asked when they were going to. They told me they don't know when they will be able to get it in. So much for servicing what they sell. This car only has 6500 miles on it.

It actually took me a few months to figure out the vehicle that I wanted and to get everything together. I worked with the same sales person who was very understanding and went along with all of my detours. He helped me find a truck that I am very happy with that I probably would not have picked out to start with. The only reason I didn't give five stars was that there wasn't much selection at the time that I visited in used trucks. It was the best experience I have had with buying a vehicle.
