Sales person told me the price was 30,000 after a hard inquiry on my credit they tell me it's 40,000. Who does this? Very disappointing. I will never go back !!!!

Wife and I were passing through the 4 corners area this past June going from Phoenix to Chicago. Power steering rack on our 2015 Explorer went out in Kayenta Az. I knew this was going to need factory Ford expertise and we heard several good things about Ziem Ford. Limped the Explorer from Kayenta to Farmington with no power steering. Justin May, was our service writer and was top notch. He was able to get us in the next day. Unfortunately they had to get a new steering rack from Denver and to no fault of Ziem Ford, it took 6 days to get the part. Justin was able to arrange a loaner car which eased the sting of being in beautiful Farmington Nm. for almost a week. ;) Extremely happy with the service we received from the entire service department and would recommend Ziem Ford to anyone!

Took my F150 in for a major recall. Robbie, Raul, and Steve were awesome. I told them upfront I was going to review the work as last recall was a total disaster, they said Tommy is very particular about his work and not to worry. They were right, all was correct and looked great.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

I went to Ruidoso Ford after looking at a Ranger at another dealership. The other dealer had a “closer” on staff who honestly just put a bad taste in my mouth. I called Ruidoso Ford and spoke with Pierce Montoya and went to see him the next day. Pierce was awesome! Everyone at Ruidoso Ford was super nice and helpful. It’s a dealership with old school values. The owner’s office is right at the front door and he spoke with me several times. Every single person there was extremely nice and helpful. This is a dealership I would send my family to. The price was great! But more than the price I was treated like a person and not a pay check. If I could give them more stars I would. You would be crazy not to go the Ruidoso Ford. Go see Pierce he will take great care of you!
