My husband and I are first time Mercedes buyers and both agree, this has been hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. And we’ve bought several cars, so there’s that. Tina was such a joy to work with; she is very personable, professional, and just so knowledgeable. Joe was also such a pleasure to interact with as we finalized our purchase. When there was need to ask for further documents, his communications were professional and he was responsive. Finally, everyone we encountered during our time were just the best! I can’t imagine going anywhere else, and we are so pleased with our beautiful new CLE Cabriolet.

Excellent In Every Way - SteveSFe

Just bought a Certified Pre-Owned GLC 300 last Saturday. Michael Martinez, the manager, and Elias Martinez, our salesperson, went above and beyond to assist us. It was the least stressful experience we've ever had purchasing a car. Also, I had to take it in yesterday for some service and Larry in service was exceptional. They won us over and we plan to buy another car from them in the future. We highly recommend Mercedes of Santa Fe.
