I service both of my cars here because I value having them maintained by technicians who are specifically trained on Porsche vehicles, using genuine parts and completing system updates when available. Regarding the customer relationship aspect of my recent visit, I take exceptional care of my cars and willingly pay the premium associated with Porsche service because I expect that same level of care and attention in return. During the post-service review video, the technician described my car as being in “good shape.” While that may seem like a minor comment, it struck me as dismissive given the condition in which I maintain the vehicle. Part of choosing a high-end brand such as Porsche is the expectation that the ownership and service experience will reflect an appreciation for both the vehicle and the care its owner puts into maintaining it. My cars are hand-washed and detailed weekly and serviced according to Porsche’s recommended schedule. “Good shape” sounds more appropriate for an average rental car than for a meticulously maintained Porsche. I realize this may seem like a small point, but it continues to bother me, and I wanted to share the feedback. At this point, I will likely have my cars serviced in Phoenix the next time I am there.
