My service advisor, Chris, was great, kept me updated and was very knowledgeable. I always try to make my appointments on line but sometimes have a difficult time because of the way the website works. But if I don’t succeed I can always call and get it set up quickly.
Volvo XC 90 - XC90 buyer
Narrowed my vehicle search to three different models. Test drove two Volvo XC90s at two different dealers. Santa Fe Volvo was the better of the two deals. Second Volvo and hope the experience with service and maintenance department will be as good as it was when I owned my first XC90. I worked with Early J. and he was very pleasant to work with as we came to an agreed upon deal.

Am writing now to compliment Ben again...and David DesLoge for being outstanding staff professionals. I've known Ben for nearly 10 years - with every single request he always goes above and beyond to be of support. And he did so again recently - helped me make a new connection with David in the service department; something he didn't have to do. Once that connection was made, David took it from there; doing everything possible to fulfill my requests and make my experience a positive one. Quality Mazda will continue to be my preferred source for auto support.

Fernando Sanchez and Christian Hernandez both provided excellent service. They helped me bring my somewhat ambiguous objectives into focus. Together they helped me analyze and eliminate alternatives down to a couple near satisfactory vehicles. Then their knowledge of add ons and minor modifications resulted in ‘creating’ a vehicle that met my every objectives, satisfied my more specific needs and came within the budget ceiling I had set for myself to make my purchase. Without their specific help I would still be surfing multiple websites looking for a vehicle that did not exist “on the shelf”. In casually visiting with other employees in the showroom and on the lot Fernando and Christen are not only the top of the line but I believe they are typical of the service and customer satisfaction orientated people at Casa Ford.

I purchased a car from Mrs price she was something when the car for towed into town a month later with service engine light and blown part .. I land up paying for the repair which I shouldn't.. the service advisor named josh release insisted it was resetting itself ? .. malfunction light pops on afterwards.. from service light to malfunction light ....now I have more issues . I take it back two weeks later josh calls and tell me they can't fix it and I have to take it to bmw and pay to fix it cause they can't do anything else wow .. so I bought a car with a 6 month 6000 mile which ever comes first .. well it doesn't cover anything on a used car? Customer must get extended warranty to cover cost associated with unforeseen issues.. ?
